The excellent team at Simmons Estates helped me find a great property in the area I was looking and at a price I could justify spending. They were proactive in helping me acquire the property and close the deal with the vendors. When my goals changed after the purchase they were instrumental in finding me a tenant. They have now helped me close that deal and maintain the tenants.

Simmons have been on the ball, open and helpful at every stage. Dealing with David and Olly, multiple phone calls, explanations and patience have been shown by them. They have done so much they have definitely justified their fee and made me realise what work estate agents actually have to do.

I bought my house through Simmons and they then went on to handle the rental of my previous property. They have a great team and they have managed the property for 6 years now with no problems at all.
