Very impressed.
After using them to service my mother's boiler, I contacted them to sort out a heating/hot water issue which had resulted in a complete failure.
Several other companies had tried without success with one suggesting new boiler and another indicating about coming back in the Spring to dig up floorboards.
Fortunately Simon Archer Ltd came to the rescue by changing some pipework near the boiler, making other modifications and cleaning boiler/heat exchanger. The other companies weren't cowboys but simply just did not have the same level of expertise. Furthermore everything is working better than it ever has.
Communication is great with phone call and email plus a report on work.
Very pleased .

This company is fantastic with prices that make sense. They consistently show up within the scheduled window. They maintain a neat and organized workspace. The engineers are approachable and eager to assist, gladly addressing any inquiries. I wouldn't consider using a different service provider.

5* service, prompt and professional - as always. Simon provided a temporary fix to a heating problem on Christmas Eve and Chris came and replaced the faulty actuators today.

They installed my boiler & central heating system in 2014 and Chris the engineer has carried out every annual service since then, always a pleasure to see him, always arrives on time, clean tidy worker. Very competitive prices. Would thoroughly recommend this business.
