Avoid using this company if truly you love yourself. Avoid them like a plague! I was persuaded by their agent at Muritala Muhammed Airport in Lagos to use their service and they made me paid a holding fees to lock me in. On my arrival, their driver was no where to be found despite all my efforts to reach their so called support line. Their service is so horrible. I was charged £83 for the pick up. I waited for over 2 hours and when their driver eventually called, he was super rude to me on the phone when I refused to do what he asked of me. Instead of the driver to come to the meeting point he refused to come but asking me to go to the car park after delaying me for over 2hrs. AVOID them with passion!

Taxi booking done from Nigeria and despite giving them details of arrival time, I had to wait 1hour for my taxi! No one contacted me! I was the one calling back and forth! Even when driver finally arrived, no apology whatsoever!
The drive itself, not the best at all. Driver kept fiddling with his phone most of the way which only showed that he was distracted and not concentrating.
Not impressed at all!

I was a bit skeptical when I paid because I expected to get a booking confirmation which took me about two and a half hours to receive. Please let's work on confirmation to be receive promptly.
Other than that, i was getting frequent calls from the supervisor in Nigeria to affirm if I have collected my luggage and to know if the driver have contacted me.
In the same light, the driver was always on the phone to me which I dewm a good customer relations.
The service is very efficient.

Very helpful driver, moved quickly and in time.

A relative has been waiting in Luton airport for ~1h until nobody appeared. Then, they ended up booking a local taxi. Neither I or the airport helpdesk has managed to communicate with this company. I think the company does not exist any more, because we used them before and it was excellent. The real question now is where do the money go (£ 77.00) in our case, and why the website is still online?

I was called at 9am by there office the day of our pick up to say you did not have the 16 seater vehicle we booked available and would it be ok to send a 9 seater and a car to collect us I said if there was enough room to take all of us and our luggage in this vehicles this would be ok and the person replied yes this will be fine and the car and 9 seater was on its way. Our pick up was booked for 10am and the vehicles had not arrived by 10.10am so I called the office and they said the car was at the airport and the 9 seater was just coming into the airport, at 10.20am I got a call from one of your drivers to say he was on his way and would be with us in 40 minutes, I explained to the driver this was not acceptable and I called the office again to which I was told again the driver was just arriving. After numerous other calls the driver of the 7 seater vehicle arrived at 11am (1 hour late) I ask him where the other car was and his reply was its here somewhere, this was also incorrect there was no second car there as the driver showed me on his phone that he was trying to order a Uber car to pick up the remainder of the party and luggage. The driver of the 7 seater loaded 6 of our party with luggage on there laps and then left 3 of our party with luggage in the car park whilst we went to a local McDonald to collect a second car, we all returned to the carpark to collect the rest of our party and we left Heathrow at 11.40 am (1 hour and 40 minutes late), we only managed to catch our flight by chance as it was delayed, was lied to from start to finish

The app is so easy to use... and most importantly, is that my pay got paid without much ado.

The Flight discount for Taxi is true. I got mine for Easy Jet to Luton.Our flight was delayed by more than 4hrs, including 1hr idling in plane waiting to disembark. Our driver, Hamad was in contact with us. He was brilliant, assured us that he'll be there when we came out.
He was there at meet Greet and Helped push our luggages.
My wife then forgot her mobile and Hamad found it and posted it back. No cost, Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Good and friendly service

Good service with ontime pick up on arrival at Stansted . Although the pick and greet did not materialise due to late arrival of the plane. We met driver by the car eventually. Very nice man. Mr Ali. I will definitely use again

The first day of holidays in London. Just arrived at London Gatwick just in time (9.00 morning)... and anyone to pick up us? I need to wait one hour and half? No drivers at zone? To much traffic?? Where is my money?? Full refund please... Better take the train!!! First day of post-covid family holidays with bad start!!!
