Change my thinking about food!

As a lifetime member of WW, NOOM and Jenny Craig this is the program that worked best for me! The nutritional counseling helped me make changes I wasn’t thinking of! The daily reminders and motivation made me realize it’s not all about food. I am able to take a pause then get right back into it!! Well worth the money

Up to now it’s good the only thing I don’t like is the fact it blinks drains my phone battery when blinky iis on the home page this is y I have not been keeping it up to date when I go out I need my phone to stay charged

So far been doing this for about a week…

So far been doing this for about a week pretty easy I am fasting from 830 till 12:30 in the afternoon. Drinking lots of water and coffee and I have lost about 2 pounds.

I’ve experienced a new way of learning about food and helping my body recover from my past choices of how I’ve chosen to eat, and take care of myself. A very positive and encouraging process!! Never thought I’d learn how to fast for 14-16 hours, and actually feel my body responding in such a positive way!! This app is not what I expected but…

This app is not what I expected but it’s working. 5 stars for that! The food identifier portion is buggy BUT the interaction with the crazy little sidekick makes you want to interact. I thought the lack of calorie accountability would be a deal breaker BUT there is accountability on so many other levels. Once again I must say it’s working for me when nothing else has.
