Taught me a lot about the food I ate…

Taught me a lot about the food I ate and how to monitor food and liquids. I wasn’t too good on the exercises, but I took walks and logged that and my water aerobics. Just keep moving!

Enjoyed the work out with leg movement…and used table for balance

Enjoyed the work out with leg movement . I did experience some moments of inblance but was standing in front of a table which I used to steady myself.

Wonderful Customer Service

I signed up and paid for the walking program, but it wasn't a good fit. It involved reading and following directions and a phone app was available. Neither works for me so I cancelled. Customer Service at Simple immediately acted on my request and cancelled and refunded my money. Amazing customer service experience that says a lot about the business.

Ai person rushes you

Ai person rushes you and doesn't always hear food correctly altho I like the calling feature. I said 48ozs of water and it listed 32 snd she advieed me to drink more! Only my 1st week so getting used to it

Just not seeing anything yet actually gaining

I like the fact that the coach which is an automated assistant basically checks in with us every day and we can ask questions. But I don’t feel like the program so far is working for me. I’m actually gaining instead of losing. And the movements are practically nothing and I’ve seen no difference. I felt no difference. If the general movements are supposed to make such a big difference, there’s got to be more. I just don’t feel like I’m getting what I need out of the program right now. I’m not an over eater. I barely eat it all. And I’m active all day long moving walking so I have to be burning calories in building muscle of some sort, but I just don’t see it.

Yoga exercises I wasn't sure at first but the light…

I wasn't sure at first but the light stretches made it easier on my body I think it's starting to work, my mussels are getting

Has it all but fair pricing

There's alot of educational videos ranging from nutrition, eating pyschology, emotional hunger awareness. They all help connect with your body and mind. The only thing I hated was when I signed up for a trial, the page I was on, did not clearly state this would roll into $29.99/month. So I got suckered into a 3 month subscription

Sometimes the app calls me when I don’t…

Sometimes the app calls me when I don’t really want to talk to it. I think I’d like to cancel the phone call every morning but continue with the rest of the app applications. The exercises and logging meals is helpful.

It works!

I feel that the program holds me accountable. I like the fact that it breaks down the food I eat into protein, fiber, carbs, sodium, fats and sugars. I also like the realistic approach to exercise, movement and hydration. For my age group, 70+, it is very manageable and it works!

I am on 8th day of the simple app

I am on 8th day of the simple app. I find it really supportive. I love my coach and I've tried a couple of them. They're all really good. They give when I need it and I have enjoyed the app immensely. I've already lost almost 2 lb and I'm looking forward to hitting my goal

This is a great app

This is a great app. I really appreciate not only can you track your weight everyday and your liquid intake but it also gives you different workouts daily that fit your capabilities plus you can chat with a coach with their help and suggestions and recipe ideas. Would recommend this and has been a great help to me .
