Made couple of orders and i am very pleases with the items. Their clothing is well made, unique and quirky, which i really like. Be prepared to wait for delivery as this can take up few weeks, but it is worth it. I bought two jackets, top and trousers. I have no experience with returns as yet so cannot comment on their return policy.

Bad delivery service
I’m surprised that European company can afford such bad delivery service.
Item ordered Oct 28th, recieved December 4th. Item was good quality, but bad size, so returned because it didn’t fit and money hasn’t been refunded yet. It is 30 th of December now.. So if You are lucky, Your 100 euros won’t be freezed for 2.5 months.

Overall disappointing
Wasn't completely happy with the quality of the products I bought for the price, stitching nor completed, the T-shirt I bought was lovely,but my other purchases were disappointing.

Unfortunately the quality of these clothes is extremely poor and the fit is too small. The clothes smelled like oil.

My Fedora hat is very good quality and SO stylish! I bought the vivid deep blue colour and have had many compliments on it. I have also just discovered that it has a ribbon that you can tighten to adjust the size, which is a good feature. Very good value for the money, well packed, so it didn’t crush in the mail and arrived in a timely manner.

updated review: i didn’t receive my order but was promptly refunded for it. It was just a shame that i won’t be getting the product that i ordered because i really like that design.hopefully simple moderne can do something about the shipping and tracking.
i haven’t received my order that ive been waiting for atleast 27 or 28 days now...then i received an email saying that “they hope i received my order properly and asking me for a review.” they can check my order status and its still in transit somewhere in china!!!!

This is in fact taking awfully long. As mentioned in my previous email we are going through a new transition due to newly implemented import tax in some states in the USA. As a result of this we see long delays in transit until the tax (we pay for our customers) is being cleared with USPS. As it is anew this, it is therefore very hard to establish indicative time for our customers. Having said this, it is not a fault of our customers and we would like to offer you a refund for this purchase. We are quite certain this parcel will arrive either this week or early next week and whenever it arrives we will offer you our pre-paid return shipping label with USPS so that you could return this back to us.
