Amazing All in One Solution

I absolutely LOVE Simplero. I've tried so many platforms, piecing them together with what felt like scotch tape. Simplero is easy to use, all in one place, and their customer service is fast, kind, and supportive. They are the best!

I love the ease and versatility of the Simplero program but their people are what retain my loyalty. They are LIVE, easy to connect with, quick to respond, helpful and friendly, eager to solve any problem. I can't recommend them enough.

This is the CRM you've been looking for

I've used just about every CRM you can name, and they all have holes. Sometimes just annoyances and inconveniences. Other times gaping errors in judgement and function.

Simplero is by far the best solution I've found. It's not even close.

The one caveat being e-commerce specifically, in which case, Klaviyo and Shopify are the best I've found. However, I know that Simplero has a shopping cart in the works.

The software is simple and user friendly. There are often multiple ways to accomplish tasks, so you can choose what's best for you. And they're always coming up with new things and refining the interface.

As well, their customer support is fantastic. Very responsive and always helpful.

It earns my highest possible rating after over 12 years in the industry.

I'm With simplero since 7 years ago …

I'm with Simplero since 7 years ago and never thought about switching. The all in one platform they have is super intuitive and easy to use for me.
Sure, it's not perfect, but they are constantly improving and launching new features.
Overall 9.8/10.

Good Customer Support.

Had some issues that were eventually dealt with to my complete benefit. Hard to find customer support teams that are empathetic to a small business owner, but this certainly seems to be one!

Simplero is excellent!
Over the years I tried many Membership Platforms: Customerhub, Digimember (that one was horrible), Memberpress and now Simplero. Simplero is by far the best. It has everything you need, it is easy to set up, looks great, has an app as well and the customer support is amazing! Best customer support ever. My team loves it.

I love the simplicity of Simplero,

I love the simplicity of Simplero,
I love the team, every time I reach out for help someone super kind and responsive is made available pretty quickly.
I appreciate the amount of interaction the admin team and Calvin have on the Facebook group, always asking what users are looking for, and tailoring their growth to the needs of their existing clients.
I love the Simplero certified option and the supportive team within.

Dont trust this company
Doesn't seem legit. I was part of a course which told me to register, and I could try it for free, no strings attached.
then in the end I have payed several $ for a product I have been using what so ever.
I recommend you to find other options.

SO HAPPY with my choice!

I have been using Simplero for a few months. It is a robust system. I can do so much with it - website, courses, products, (essentially) click funnels, email campaigns, landing pages.
Apart from the software itself, the experience with the people at Simplero is what makes this awesome product, something truly special. Customer support is incredible. I have submitted approx 11,000 tickets (ok maybe not THAT many) asking how to do something or getting help figuring out why I can't get something to do what I think it's supposed to do, and the help has been quick, courteous, and so supportive. They are also always cooking up new webinars to add more value for clients. I am SO happy with my investment with this product.

Highly recommend for course & membership creators

I've used Simplero for a few years now. The software was awesome when I started and just keeps getting better and better. Very versatile, highly functional, and all my clients love the fact everything is one app. No more zapping back and forth. Support and the global community is next level too. Highly recommend.

The best software decision I've made in years

As a consultant, I've evaluated dozens of software apps related to marketing automation and course platforms, including Mailchimp, Tapfiliate, Squarespace, Wix, Weebly, Thinkific, Teachable, etc.

In fact, I did an in-depth analysis of my experience of several all-in-one course platforms -- Kajabi, Podia, Zenler, Katra -- and Simplero won the analysis.

Then, I thoroughly Simplero over several months of daily use.

It has been so robust, and full-featured -- yet easy to use! -- that I've now completely transferred my website (after 13 years on another platform!) over to Simplero, along with my mailing lists, course delivery, and affiliate program.

Besides great software, the support team is world-class in its responsiveness. Also, the Simplero community of users is very supportive.

Finally, the founder himself is active in continuing to innovate the platform, and provide amazing service to its members. I'm very happy to have made this decision!

Simplero is the best system i have used…

Simplero is the best system i have ever used. It is a smart, highly organised and "all in one" CRM system to manage everything from a website to a marketing funnel and more. It is always improving, connects easily to other well known apps and the tech support is fantastic. Designed for intelligent entrepreneurs who wish to offer products (courses, services etc) online backed by a system that does all of the heavy lifting. Very reasonably priced too. Love it!

I'm so happy to have found Simplero! In general, I will choose good customer service over bells and whistles any day, but luckily with Simplero there is NO compromise! The ethos of the company align with mine. The support, as I get started, has been above and beyond. It offers everything I need to get my online business started and plenty of room and tools for it to scale.

Early Days and Delighted.

I'm still in relatively early days with Simplero - much more my doing than theirs, I hasten to add!

I find the backend intuitive, easy to use and powerful. I like the people from Calvin at the top, all the way through the organisation, and the response to customers in their support (both direct and in the facebook group) is fantastic too.

You would not believe how reactive they are both to idiot questions like mine (who simply refuses to look anything up) to requests for new features.

Their unique concierge system is cost-effective and powerful too. It took me a long time to decide who to work with, from the market leaders we all know about to the new upstarts too. Choosing Simplero is one decision I am delighted to have made.

Now, it's up to me.
