Possibly the best customer service I have ever had. Service got up and running in less than 24 hours after months of struggle with competitors. Everything works and it was soooooo easy.

I wouldn't say it's a bad product/service but I was extremely surprised to see my bank account being debited TWICE a month, even when a month I didn't use it, I was being charged some kind of usage fee. The plan I was on was the $49 a month plan but for one month I was charged a total of $80+ (due to fees and add-ons) so I ended up canceling service. I also tried to remove (delete) my card from file but it wouldn't let me without adding another card to replace the one on file. Which is unsettling.

The entire team from start to finish, Edith, Elijah, and Gab were amazing! Strong team and EXCELLENT customer service. Definitely made my teams day a lot better since we were texting one by one. Got everything done in one day! Registration and sent my text messages out, while other platforms.. my registration is still pending after 2 weeks!

Terrible software
Terrible software! It works fine until you want to see what people text you back but there's actually no way to see incoming texts. Not only was it a waste of money but looks incredibly unprofessional when customers wonder why you don't respond to their texts.

AMAZING and EFFICENT chat support.
I initially used the AI chat to get started on troubleshooting my roadblock. I was having an error message when I tried to log in. "Sorry, you didn't pass the ReCaptcha Check. Please contact support."
Ai was spotty, so it connected me with a live agent (John). John was extremely helpful, as he got me logged in, within 1 minute of our initial message.
Additionally, after John resolved my initial issue, I then asked him for resources in hopes of preventing this issue from happening again, without having to utilizing the chat support. He was more than happy to include strategies to help me if it happens again.
My interaction with John came to a pleasant close when I thanked him for his efficiency, and I asked to also schedule a call for support regarding the "Contact list" features, and how to navigate those along with some logistical questions, which would be a bit more time consuming.
John asked for a good contact number, and he submitted the support call request and a member of the team was in touch in less than 5 minutes, even though John gave me a 15min ETA.
I've had to utilize Simple texting tech support in previous years, and let me just say, this was a HUGE HUGE improvement. A+++++
