Useful and helpful tech support!

Been a simpletexting client now for 4 plus years. Had a question on how to replace an employee. John was quick to explain on live chat how to do it with screen shots. Very helpful. Simpletexting works well for our business as a customer support tool.

This is not my first time using this service for a campaign, but I am writing yet another review as the service is always fantastic! I was having a few issues with the service that I had to get ironed out ASAP as I had to send out a campaign same-day, and Gab helped me get it done IMMEDIATELY. 10/10!!!

Easy-to-use product

SimpleTexting is convenient

The texting platform is very convenient. It is quick and easy and definitely the way to go with the younger generation for communication. It's nice being able to send out a mass message to all our staff when it is necessary.

I had a complicated situation about changing our account to tax exempt status, and I was amazed at the responsiveness of the support people. Two people helped, and within six hours it was all done. (And these were real people, not AI bots!)

My experience was wonderful with the SimpleTexting "help team". They respond quickly, follow up the discussion with a comprehensive email, and make sure you've received the answers you needed. The patience and care they take explaining step by step how to set up an account is exceptional.

Gab was very GREAT!

Gab was very helpful; I created a text campaign last week with 222 folks and I had feedback from about 10 of them and I wanted to send it out again and I needed to know the best way to remove the folks that responded so they wouldn't feel as though I was bombarding them with text. He told me exactly how to do it, and it was so simple! Truly AWESOME!
