They are great when selling you tires. Nice, good selection, prices and fast shipping. I did have a problem and the company reached out to me and made it right. I was very happy they cared enough to talk with me about my concerns. They are a company from my experience that is trying to grow and evolve to make sure the customer experience is positive. A good company moving in the right direction. I will buy from them again.

Within one year of purchase, 3 of the 4 tires developed visible bubbles, which is a serious safety concern. SimpleTire replaced only 2 tires, leaving an inconsistent and unsafe set.
During the replacement process, I was asked where the tires should be delivered because the original order address was not my residence. It was a tire shop used only for installation when I previously lived in North Carolina. I provided and confirmed a different delivery address.
Despite this, SimpleTire later confirmed the tires were shipped to the original address in another state. They then stated the tires were delivered and signed for by me, which is not possible, as I was out of state on the West Coast at the time.
The proof of delivery does not clearly show a valid delivery address or business name, and the tire shop has confirmed they did not receive the shipment.

Initial experience was great. Received tires by shipment and had them mounted by a non corporate tire shop. During the next few months had multiple flat tires and last repair at Les Swab showed a manufacturer defect with a bead bulge in the sidewall. Contacted customer service and told to get proof of installation/mileage from installer and pictures and affidavit from corporate store regarding defect. By that time tire had been recycled and new locally purchased tire mounted. Service warranty is odious and will never buy tires online or purchase from this company again. Buyer beware!
*** Update- Customer service supervisor reached out to me this week. He reviewed my concerns including corporate tire store not interested in helping me to process warranty. Company refunded the entire cost of my tire plus a little extra for multiple flat repairs. Am changing my rating to 4 stars for a satisfactory resolution and the service I received subsequently from company.

I purchased a set of four Lionheart tires through Walmart.com. I arrived at the Walmart Auto Center for the installation, I found out that Simple Tire had sent 3 tires that were the WRONG SIZE, and wouldn't even fit my car! I requested a refund from Walmart, and they told me Simple Tire is a third party distributor, and that I have to request a code from Simple Tire for the return. It turned out that I was basically on my own (no help from Walmart), and after a lengthy and difficult process, I still haven't gotten a refund, and was forced to go elsewhere to get tires. Never again with Simple Tire, and I will go out of my way to make sure that the tires that I buy are NOT from them, since the service is terrible, and they make it impossible to get a refund if anything goes wrong. I will stick with smaller, more reputable tire shops in the future.

I find it funny that Simple Tire responded to my bad review as follows... If you would like to discuss your review further please contact us? I already wrote how dissatisfied I am with your company in a review to warn others not to waste their time ordering from you. So why would I want to waste more of my time calling you to tell you personally that I find your site a waste of my time and almost a week went by before you told me the tires that I ordered were not even in stock? SMH

Haven’t had a good experience, bought 4 tires and couple days ago. Never got the last 4th tire. And there’s absolutely no tracking available. Still haven’t received the tire. Probably won’t be shopping here again.

The biggest thing for me was the shipping, I ordered @about 11:00pm on a sunday night & it said in stock with 1 day shipping, so I assumed that I would probably get the tires on tues/weds. I was totally surprised when they showed up on my doorstep monday around 1pm, if nothing else that was a win...lol

Inconsistent dates of manufacture. Once again I was sent a tire that was 18 months old. The other three are fine (2025). Since tires go bad wether they are worn out or by age I expect to get the full time available not short changed by a year and a half.

Tracking says it was supposed to be here Thursday now it says Saturday. I know it's not your fault but it's frustrating when you really need them

These tires look really nice on my Jeep Wrangler - Willy’s Sport. I switched from the Bridgestone M/Ts to these Crossroads and they do not disappoint! Honestly, they look better in person than they do online. The noise level is lower than expected… especially on the interstate. I will definitely purchase again.

The website is very user-friendly. I’ve ordered two sets of tires for my vehicle no problems getting them delivery was on time to the FedEx facility. I would recommend this site to anyone who wants to get a set of tires very easily very quick. keep up the good job.

1st time purchasing tires online. We did a lot of research and after many hours, we decided that Simple Tires was the way to go. After speaking with the sales representative online, we came to a conclusion on a set of tires for our truck. The price was fantastic and we even had the option to have them delivered to a tire installer, Buick GMC Brooksville in Florida, one of Simple Tires recommended vendors. I must say, being involved in the automotive industry for over 27 years, Buick GMC of Brooksville EXCEEDED any expectations that we may have had. From the time we arrived, until the time we picked up our freshly cleaned truck, we were treated like royalty!

The price, convenience and service we received from both Simple Tires and Buick GMC Brooksville were top notch. I would highly recommend giving them a try if ever in the need for new tires for your vehicle.

Absolutely wonderful. Great price, easy to purchase, easy to arrange mobile install. Tires installed on my car, in my driveway, at a great price just 4 days after ordering. Customer for life if this keeps up.

In my area FedEx is so bad especially during the holiday season. Packages are delivered to wrong addresses so often we have Facebook groups to help us find them because FedEx does nothing about correcting or locating misdelivered packages. I ordered snow tires for 2 vehicles. 4 were delivered and the same driver came back twice to do it as he missed the second set. 3 tires were supposedly delivered on the same day but were not and the 4th was in transit. I called Simply tire, they checked said they would contact FedEx and if they got no response or an unsatisfactory one they would reship at no charge. I am not sure what the heard but my tires have already been reshipped. Outstanding customer serve and great prices. Could not be happier.

Incredibly fast shipping. The only vendor that could source the particular tire I wanted in the size needed. Customer service actually called back as promised in the timeline promised. The entire experience exceeded my expectations.
