Lovely quality, look and feel
Having looked for some narrow side tables for some while, I finally chose two E mango side tables. The communication received and delivery was very prompt. The tables were extremely well packaged but unfortunately one was broken in transit. They are very sturdy so it must have literally had a fridge put on it. I contacted Simply sending photos and Joey responded by return and had a new one sent out by return and arranged to have the other one collected on the same day. The tables are perfect for the space, have the usual mango various colouring so wouldn’t suit people who are looking for one flat colour. Good value for money.

Product wasn't right for us... Great Service all round :)
This was a great online buying experience. The product [the E side table] was not actually right for us. I notified the company via the easy to follow returns process and was contacted the next day with collection arranged for 2 days after that.
These larger items are not cheap, it is really comforting to know that organisations like this make online buying [and returns if needed] fast, hassle free and safe.

Poor quality- despite packaging it…
Poor quality- despite packaging it arrived very chipped around the front which leads me to think the item was not checked beforehand
Further edit- that being said, customer service was excellent, they were understanding and apologetic, and promptly offered either a replacement or full refund. They collected the chipped one very quickly. So I would still recommend them.

Loved the bedside tables but the…
Loved the bedside tables but the drawers were too small. Contacted customer care and they arranged a collection and 2 days later we received a full refund.
Impeccable service.
Found another set of tables and have ordered those.

Good communication good product, however rather than being left in the safe place it was left exposed to the elements and it was also delivered a day late despite paying £10 extra for next day delivery
