Brilliant company!
First of all this is an excellent product and I would thoroughly recommend. But for me the customer service was second to none. There was a misunderstanding about delivery times but not only was I given my £10 delivery charge back I was also given a further £10 for pointing out a glitch in the system. At all times I had friendly personal chatty communication . I was bowled over. Thank you so much.

Nice tables but finish questionable
We ordered two 'Modern Chestnut Bedside with Open Shelf' bedside tables. Nice tables, but they required sanding and re-finishing with a softer oil to reduce the sheen / reflectivity. They had a note saying that no artificial laquers or varnishes were used, but clearly it has a PU based lacquer / varnish that really cheapened the finish. Hence we had to be brave and lightly sand off this top coat and re-finish with beesway and Danish oil. Still happy with outcome, but not something you should need to do on new furniture.

Great company to deal with, would use again
The item arrived very quickly, and was exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Simply Bedsides, especially as when I contacted them about a minor problem, which I had resolved myself, they responded immediately and apologised, and also gave me a small refund to compensate me. This is a high level of customer services which is rare nowadays.

2 Stunning mango wood bedside tables.
I’m genuinely so happy with my two mango wood bedside tables, and really impressed with the quality and service of simply bedsides start through finish.
Minimal assembly was required, and the legs of the table were adjustable to slide forward (allowance for skirting boards) which was something I was worried about. The wood is excellent quality, and I genuinely look forward to getting into bed and waking up in the morning to see them. Fast shipping and effortless process, being as they offer free shipping in the UK.

Great little bedside cabinet. Loved that only had to screw on the legs. Nice little stool as well. Fast delivery nicely packed. Had been looking for just this for ages.

Really disappointed with the bedside…
Really disappointed with the bedside tables we ordered. Don’t like anywhere near nice as the photos. Look really cheap and nasty.
