My experience was very good. Got a very friendly and knowledgeable person to help me find the Policy that covers all my needs. Everything was done very quickly and the policy runs automatically every year without having to each year answer the same questions again and again. Overall very pleased.

The process of applying for insurance for my small business seemed very straightforward and simple. The cost of the policy seemed very reasonable.

I would like to give a zero for this company as a one is far too high.
I have made the mistake of ensuring multiple properties with simple business; they have not provided any documents at all just a link that does not work .

I have wasted hours on the phone with them trying to explain the problem, which was met with rude and unhelpful staff trying to tell me there is nothing wrong with their automated platform

I will have to open a case with the ombudsman just to get my documents. This is the very worst insurance company out there. Do not use them

I find this company really flexible . They are the best at tailoring inexpensive insurance for a small business. On the down side, you better understand the legalese and small print yourself ( or with AI), because their guidance/advise on what your insurance actually means is not always reliable.

Struggling to remove automatic renewal.
Obviously never made a claim so can't tell if it's any good either.

Simple to follow, list of who can cover you. Got the chance to read all the policy's that would be covered before fees go through.

I’ve been a customer for seven years and generally been happy with the pricing. I couldn’t comment on the service as I’ve never made a claim.

But, for the first time, I had to contact SB. Long hold times on the phone meant I tried the chat bot instead. It is a badly programmed, primitive tool that only exists to wind loyal customers up. Finally, eight days later, SB responded to something that should have taken two minutes by phone.
