We always aim to remain competitive, but we don’t position ourselves as the cheapest. Our focus is on supplying genuine cigars, stored correctly and delivered in excellent condition.

That said, we do want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’ve seen the same cigars at a lower price, please email us the details and we’ll be happy to price match where possible.

Alternatively, if you’d prefer not to keep them, you’re very welcome to return the cigars to us for a full refund.

Faultless. Always Reliable.

I have ordered Cigars from Simply Cigars on a couple of occasions now, and always found them to be very reliable and efficient. Items get promptly delivered without delay, and always packaged very neat and tidy. The Simply Cigars complimentary mints with your delivered items is also a nice touch too. The Cigars themselves were top quality, and a nice smoking experience. Keep up the great work team. 👍👍

The UK and Europe are currently experiencing supply issues with smaller size Cuban cigars. This has been ongoing since before Christmas, and we’ve yet to receive an update from the UK distributor. Unfortunately, this is affecting all UK retailers. We will contact you directly to see if we can help.
