A great price rather than the excessive charges that hire companies charge. Fortunately I didn't need to use it but great peace of mind, a good policy at a good price... will use again when next needed. Easy to buy and set up.

Unfortunately when I got to the rental desk I found I didn't have my driving licence and couldn't do the hire in my name. I had already put the insurance in my name as it has to start before the rental did.
Star taken off as the online client area wouldn't work for me but I was able to change the policy to my partner's name via email which was great!

It was very easy to take the excess cover policy to drive a rent a car in Montenegro and Bosnia. Luckily it all went very smooth and didn't make a claim. I will use them if needed again.
