We engaged with Simply to build our kitchen extension recently and are really pleased with the results. Simply managed the tender process and appointed a Project Manager (Leigh) and construction team. The price was very competitive and process made very easy. The Project Manager and build team were excellent, very responsive, on time, hard working and clean. They were great at providing options and advice to challenging design issues and were always happy to change things along the way for no extra charge. The team have also been very responsive with sorting out the snags. We are very happy with the results and would recommend the team.

I spent a lot of time researching and looking for a construction company who would be great value but also provide a personal and reassuring level of customer experience. Having found Norbert at Simply Build I was really pleased to find that my expectations could be met and more. Norbert has been hugely professional, reassuring and personable throughout what could have been a confusing and stressful process. Norbert was available whenever I had questions, no matter how small or detailed. He went out of his way to inform, advise and support my design process and made me feel secure and confident that the build would be a success. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Norbert’s services. The wider team at Simply have also been fantastic so far particularly Lorraine, who provided excellent customer service and the architect Charles who spent over an hour on the phone with me answering questions and putting my mind at ease. Had an excellent Kitchen extension built for us. Really happy with the results, it has truly transformed our home. Was nervous about having the works carried out while living and working here with a 3 year old in tow but the stress was taken out of it. We had a temporary kitchen made out of our old kitchen so could cook and live somewhat as normal while the majority of the work was carried out. very happy with our new much larger and lighter kitchen and living space.

They have done a lovely job, we're still very pleased a year on. Excellent finish, and it shows that they paid attention to detail. Very pleasant people to work with, and a competitive price.

I used simply extend for both my loft and extension, excellent service provided by simply, the contractor Leigh and his team were brilliant. Right blend of experienced and new kids learning their craft. Leigh along with his dad and brother, the rest of the crew were excellent. Hard to find builders of this quality in this day and age.

Simply Extend did a side return extension for us. The team were brilliant. Very professional and communicative throughout the process. In particular the demolition and structural team worked liked trojans, tidied up after themselves, and were nice guys to have around. We really liked our project manager Giedrius who kept everything moving for us, at speed and to a high standard, throughout the process. The build finished within the estimated time frame. We would definitely use this company again for any future work.

I have instructed Simply Extend and their sister company Builders Team to build a large back extension a front extension and do some extensive internal work in my house. I have been very pleased with the work they have done, they are a great company to work with and they are very honest which is rare in this trade. I would highly recommend them and will most likely instruct them again in the future. A very good note also to Lorraine from their customers service who contacted me regularly to check how the work was progressing and if I was happy

Simply have been fantastic from start to finish. We’d already met with several other companies first but the moment the first surveyor arrived at our home we knew we were in safe hands. From the technical drawings, architect’s work and building work to the legalities arranged on our behalf, we’ve been really impressed. Our work started in November but the team ensured we were water tight and insulated throughout the winter. Our project manager has gone over and above and we’ve been so confident in his abilities that his team have now become our go-to for any electric, plumbing, Carpentry landscaping, decorating work we need in the future.

We recently completed a loft conversion followed by a side return extension with Simply, taking a total of 6 months and the results are fantastic. It was very clear at every stage what was happening and also the costs involved plus the Simply online dashboard was extremely useful for monitoring costs, progress and any agreed changes. 
Once through planning the build team were great; very friendly, hard working (on site 6 days a week and worked through all sorts of weather and temperatures) plus they always tidied up at the end of the day and finished with a high standard of work. Overseeing the team were a Project Manager and Site Manager who were both knowledgeable and very helpful especially when we inevitably hit an issue and always managed to resolve it with no drama, even while I may have been stressing!  
Overall a definite recommendation and we'll love the results for years to come.

Absolutely lovely people who did a very high quality job, a little slower than planned (hence four stars rather than five) but I really recommend them!

We just finished a big kitchen extension and garden refurb. Our expectations were managed throughout the process, everybody very helpful and quick to react to issues. They installed a temporary kitchen featuring running water, fridge even washing machine! Excellent service from start to finish and some very, very hard working ground crew.

From start to finish they have been hard working, diligent and take a lot of care to ensure that we are happy and in the loop of what works are being done and their timelines. Our project manager and her team were great, they were friendly and hard working.

The contract was easy to use and a good reference tool.

The whole team from the builders to the customer services have been great to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of using them.

From start to finish Simply Extend were fantastic through all stages of our 3m kitchen diner extension. This involved knocking through an existing kitchen diner and adding a 3m extension to the rear. We particularly liked having the online dashboard to see where we were with regards to the project and the staged payments. All staff were polite, helpful and great to have around. The checking in calls to see how we were going by Marion from the office enabled us to mention anything that we were unsure about. The whole job was superb and came out within budget and on time and the quality of the work is exceptional. We are thrilled to bits with it and it now looks like it's from a magazine. Heartily recommend.

We used Simply Extend to undertake extensive works to the ground floor of our property which included the following:
(1) A new side return extension;
(2) New hardwood flooring installed through out the ground floor of our property;
(3) A new kitchen with island, boiler and radiators throughout the entire house; and
(4) New paving and retaining wall built in our rear garden.
All of the works undertaken were of the highest quality (particular attention to detail) and the new brickwork comprising London stock matched the existing brickwork in terms of finish and colour which I specifically requested. The kitchen is fabulous and everyone that visits us is impressed with the works and the layout. Given the extensive nature of the works, we relied heavily on the advice and supervision of the project manager who was not only professional, friendly but also helpful. Most importantly for my wife and I was that he was contactable to discuss matters as and when they arose. All of the works were completed within budget and within the agreed timescale which was important to us. we cannot recommend Simply Extend highly enough!!

We signed with simply extend to renovate our entire house and build a loft and side return extension. We were apprehensive to sign with any builder because had a previous bad experience where the builders failed to turn up for days and the workmanship was shoddy.
From the very first meeting when we determining the cost of the renovation and extensions, we found the Simply team to be knowledgeable and professional. They were the only company that gave us a breakdown of every cost so that we knew exactly how much everything would cost and could budget accordingly.

We were assigned our own project manager, Saras from builders team. Saras is extremely hard working, accessible, and very experienced. Saras oversaw the entire project and ensured that everything was organised for each stage of the build so that it ran effectively with minimal delay. Saras also helped us with some great design ideas. In addition to Saras, we had Marion from customer service checking in on the progress of the works and was also another professional and accessible member of the team that really contributed to making the process as stress free as possible.

We lived in our house during the renovation; Saras and every member of his team that worked in our house were always considerate and courteous. They ensured minimal impact on us whilst they worked away in the house.

Our house was finished to an excellent standard and we could not be happier with the end result and how it has been transformed!

We had a side return extension with Simply last year (2018). The work was completed to a very high standard. Not completely on time but we were well communicated to by our project manager, Simon, and we are very happy with the result.
