Great work/service during a difficult time
I used Simpson Millar for a purchase of my new home. We faced many difficulties and long delays due to the pandemic but my solicitor Hayley Aspinall worked tirelessly to make the purchase happen. I would definitely use Simpson Millar’s services again.

Highly Recommend Emma Davies
We instructed Emma Davies at Simpson Millar to help us with a case against the school admissions dept at Lancashire County Council who were not responding to our urgent correspondence. Emma dealt with our time sensitive case extremely quickly with a great understanding of our predicament and the intricacies of the law relating to it. Within a few days of instructing her, Lancashire CC reversed their initial decision in our favour.

Our experience using Simpson Millar Solicitors has been first class in every aspect.
My 1st contact with Jake was informative, pleasant and professional. Having noted our requirements he promptly gave us a competitive quote for conveyancing which we accepted. He then introduced us to Haley who took charge of the conveyance for our remortgage. Hayley was brilliant. She was almost always at the end of the phone and on the odd occasion that she couldn't take my call, her assistant Beth would take the call, look into our file & either answer our query or pass a message to Hayley who would promptly respond at her earliest opportunity typically the same day. Where I called or emailed at the end of the day, I would get a reply the following morning.
The service received from Jake, Hayley & Beth, was prompt, professional & courteous. They exceeded our expectations
and were a breath of fresh air.
Simpson Millar have made themselves our Solicitors of choice.

I cannot praise the Simpson Millar team highly enough. Hayley Carter Steele and her team were so super efficient and available during our house buying process. We suddenly had a deadline moved forward and they adapted and made this happen with efficiency and zero fuss.
