Thank you for your review, The product Next Level Racing ERS3 was available on back order, this means the product is not in stock but available for order. (Pre-order) ERS3 is the newest seat from Next Level Racing which is not arrived yet by any Distributor. So there for I can say we don't have communicate it as in stock. You would cancel the order because Next Level Racing get it not on time at our distributor it was delay after delay after delay. So we have chosen to cancel every back order on this product. We have canceled your order after your request and PayPal would refund your money this is all automatically process. Last week I have seen an messages from PayPal that you opened an Issue, but there was an issue opened on a refunded transaction I have never seen this before. I don't no what happened by PayPal but there was something not good on there refund side. I have got the message from PayPal that you have been refunded so it should be ok now.

Be wary
They are good for the selling, but any issues, complaints or returns they are not helpful on they will try and string it out and put charges on for returns even if the goods are faulty..

Defective product
2 defective products The wheel was changed after several reminders from Moza Racing, the second defect is the R12 engine apart from that it scratches even just looking at it, and then disconnects losing the signal and is not as accurate as it should be, I asked you to make the return you replied after several days saying that I had to pay for the shipping out of my own pocket, Do we want to talk about the time you waited for the steering wheel to be refunded? I'm sorry rest of my opinion
