Paid for delivery, but then it got sent to a pickup point 30 mins away from where I live.

I ordered a Moza R5 bundle which was at a good price (compared to other shops).
I think in general, prices here are quite good.
At the end i had to return/ refund, because the set didn't work as expected (a lot of noise; grinding and rattling).
I really didn't like it and wouldn't recommend Moza, better buy something more sophisticated/ well made, produced in Europe or something comparable (not China!).

Anyway, I rate this shop at 5 stars because I received great help and support, which for me is very important.
I always got answers to my questions very fast and there was no trouble in sending it back and so on. I am grateful for that!

Bought the Moza stalks since they were sold out at all local stores and they were 20 euros cheaper here, everything was fine, the shipping times were a bit too long but that was to be expected considering I ordered around Christmas and there weren't many business days between my order and the shipping date. Great experience overall, would absolutely buy again from them.

I ordered a Moza R12 wheelbase and KS wheel from Simrace Webshop BV (simraceshop dot eu), advertised as brand‑new products. Unfortunately, the items I received showed clearly visible signs of prior use, including cosmetic marks and wear. I documented everything with photos immediately after unboxing.

While the shop acknowledged the issue, they offered a 10% refund. Since the products were not delivered in the condition described, I requested to return the items for a full refund, including the original shipping costs, and asked for a prepaid return label. At this point, I am still waiting for confirmation that they will cover the return shipping and refund the full amount.

I fully understand that mistakes can happen, but receiving used goods when paying for new ones is disappointing, especially with high‑value sim racing equipment.

If the shop resolves the situation by providing a prepaid return label and refunding the full purchase price, I will update this review to reflect a positive outcome.

Update: Got return label and 4 weeks later purchase cancelation via Klarna confirmed. Some positive finally, but still a lot of effort from my side.

Purchased an Asetek La Prima wheel and wheelbase as a Christmas present for my son. Wheelbase made a loud noise which got worse after a couple of hours use. Contacted Sim Race Webshop on 29th Dec who didn't give a meaningful response until the 13th Jan and needed to be chased up for a response.

Sent videos of the fault but was told that it was within manufacturing tolerances. Video can be found on Youtube "Asetek La Prima wheelbase noise"

This was a Christmas present purchased for my son as we have had a terrible year whilst I have been having treatment for Leukemia.

We have a Fanatec wheelbase that is 4 years old and makes no noise.

Would avoid purchasing from Asetek and Sim Race Webshop.

You have Dutch websites and you have all the rest, why Dutch websites never disappoint, these people mentality is something else, no matter what you order and from which dutch website you always receive fast support and order (and very nice prices). I'm not even dutch.

Do not recommend i ordered a Sim rig through this company, after some time i realised one of the boxes was never sent to me. Their initial response was 'not our problem anymore' they made no effort to contact the courier and or confirm this missing box hadn't left their depot to start with.
In the end i went to the manufacturer direct who were concerned i had been treated so poorly and in turn resolved the situation for me very amicably. Bottom line is i would never deal with a company who offer zero support when they make mistakes.

Edit see below the response from the company owner, to expand on this one box was never dispatched to me, this would have been evident also with Sim Race Webshop to notify my one box was never dispatched to me, this again demonstrates any responsibility taken by themselves.(not my problem) Simlab the supplier stepped in and resolved this, this is the point Sim Race just avoided assisting in any way, they could have reordered the missing box for me and negotiated a price etc but weren't interested.

Dont take my word for it look at the other negative reviews for this supplier stating the same issue, not willing to support the customer if there is an issue.

Sold to the UK, used good courier, arrived quickly and on perfect condition. Had to pay import duty but that was expected. Would definitely use again.

I bought a Moza direct drive wheel base and wheel. My questions were answered straight away, delivery was quick and on time. The product Moza R12 is superb. A great experience with this retailer. Thank you.
