I have been using simrads for several years now and there products are amazing. I highly recommend them for any of your boating needs. Navigation is spot on.

They didn’t not respond in a timely manner. I had to cancel an order because of the long processing time.

Was able to find structure by gps settings easily

Order placed but a week later advised “out of stock”. Order was automatically cancelled.

Your fraud protection is over top. Asking customers for photos of drivers license and credit is over the top and seems fraudulent on its own.

good product directions for use are a little light...still can not connect the depth finder

UPDATE: I'm revising my review. The company responded to my correspondence quickly - apparently there was a glitch in the finance system. My order was processed extremely quick and shipment arrive in less than 48 hours! There was no fault with the company.

I ordered an accessory 24 Feb 2023 - as of today I have not received any response from Simrad concerning my order. The order is a simple power cord - nothing large. No response from any company is a no-go!

I ordered everything on line.
My order was delivered within the week.
The only issue I had, was I couldn't track it with the numbers that were provided.

Wanted to purchase a transducer for SideScan capability. Representative looked up the correct part number based on my unit’s serial number. Ordered and received the part in a few days. Gave 4 stars due to seeing the same item on EBay for $100 less.

You folks were very polite, and helpful in taking care of me.

Quick shipping and piece of mind knowing accessories were made for my Simrad devices.

Purchasing through the website is easy and very effective. Simrad should get 5 stars for that. Unfortunately tech support is hard to reach, and although they are very kind and serious, don’t expect a follow up to a problem left unresolved. Great products, but not easy to use, and support needs more staffing.

Always great talking to knowledgeable people that will steer you in the right direction even on components that are older and no longer supported

First order never went through despite receiving confirmation then had to follow up 2 weeks later. Took a week to resolve that and then reorder the part which has taken another 2 weeks and I still don’t have the part. No offer to resolve problem was made. Terrible customer service.
