I am impressed with the fast delivery service. I would not hesitate to use your services again.

We experienced a lot of areas within urban cities low bars or no bars and other places with good bars. Especially through Wyoming and Rapid City, ND. It wasn't as bad in Grand Forks, ND. The strength and consistency of the signal should also be noted before purchase. Canadian data signals are definitely more consistent however I understand that it will depend on how the agreements T-Mobile has and where t b E coverage is. We didn't expect coverage through the mountains but we did expect coverage in urban areas and highways with flatter terrain.

I don’t know if it’s an agreement you have with T-Mobile or what it is, but for the 4 states we went through, the coverage is so spotty and slow. Simply brutal. I’ve come to appreciate our cellular service in Canada so much more than I have previously.

Everything works perfectly and the service was good too. I'm happy to have a solution for when I'm in the States and need a mobile phone.

Got my eSIM before I travelled and it was active as soon as I landed. Data and voice coverage in NYC was excellent!!

Needed this for work and also to send pics to all my friends and family.

Will use this service again!

Fast , efficient and transparent service . I ordered my US SIM card online and it was delivered via courier to my home address in Ireland within a week . I inserted my new sim whilst on my flight to the US and upon arrival it worked like a dream , a great service and company to deal with.

Great to be able to have an actual sim before you travel however you have to remember delivery charges and customs charges on top of your base price

I was provided with a SIM, but it could not be activated. Lyra Mobile wanted me to purchase a service plan as if I had not bought a SIM already. There were two hours of additional hassles trying to activate it while navigating in the US without cell service.

I was told I could not purchase the plan by phone using a Canadian Credit card. and Directed to a Lyra Mobile in-person provider at a Walmart, but once there the Walmart knew nothjing aboutn this provider.

Then I bought a new SIM and plan with a different company, activated in person trouble-free.

I reported my troubles to SIMS4USA three separate times and each time the only response was an invitation to provide a GOOD review. I asked for a full refund including delivery costs several times but no mention of a refund was made in response until AFTER I posted the original version of this review. I will revise again if the refund is made.

You have ignored my complaints about non-delivery of service. This us my third time informing you. Without a response to the SUBSTANCE I have already submitted, I will be reporting you as fraud.

Very convenient and affordable. Highly recommended for frequent US travelers.

My girlfriend bought a SIM for her USA stay. There were some complications with the activations which were resolved within minutes with the help of Travis.
Would recommend again :)

Had to chase for sim, although I think that was likely because of time zone differences and that I wanted it to start the same day. As soon as I reached out they sorted my order and I had the sim plan in minutes. The e-sim basically installed itself to my phone and it was working straight away. Would happily recommend!

Arrived in USA, SIM cards had not been activated so we could not contact anyone to let them know we had arrived. Tried phone service provider, they said we had no valid SIM cards. Had to make other arrangements, very poor.

Rhis was purchased for my daughter who is in massachusetts for camp america but it only sends texts to other iphones so me as her mother can't recieve texts so rely on messenger and calls which when at work cannot get die to lack of signal. Contacted on murderous occasions to be told one of these things not what I paid for.

I was skeptical to buy this, but took a big chance and bought 4 sims for my family, wow, this worked immediately you insert the sims, one of the sims did not activate quick enough, customer service was responding in real time even via email wow!!!! this company is good, I even got 5G on my phone, great thanks to Veboo and travis, very helpful gents, still working great as I type this message, I bought this few months before my travel from Dublin to New York, delivery was fast through fedex, this is my own experience, I hope it gives confidence to anyone thinking of buying, I will advice please do, you can't get it wrong, trust me my expeience showed the sims works and the staff are great, thanks again Veboo

Our simcard was not compatible without our phone but Veboo helped us and got us a refund. Very positieve about the service.
