PayNow credited but not really

Received an email saying my paynow reward has been credited with a transaction reference, checked my paynow bank account and nothing at all (+-5 days from the stated credit date). Opened a ticket with them and have yet to receive a response.

Staff were helpful

Staff were helpful, got my gift early too in time for my girlfriend’s birthday, super thankful for that to the team.

Small downside is that you used to be always able to connect with the team via the chatbot, but recently, the chatbot will just create a ticker for your matter and you will have to wait. Would be nice to be able to connect to the staff members faster.

Experience was great. The card took abt 1 month for approval and for the gift, it took about 2 months before I receive the redemption email. Redemption was quick.

Fast redemption and seamless

Was honestly surprised with how fast the approval took. Typically read on the internet it'll be 4-5 months later so was prepared to wait. I signed up for my CC in end October, and received email confirmation to collect my free gift in early January. The whole process was authentic and seamless.
