Great customer service, they solved the problem with my order smoothly

This is a separate review for just the 6 silicone eggs I bought from Sinnovator, my eggs were small, medium firmness, in iridescent violet. This color came out gorgeous. These eggs are on the fatter side so be aware of that if you are trying to gage egg sizes for other ovipositors in your collection. These eggs did have some minor trim issues near the base but nothing serious. An oddity is that they appear to absorb my dish soap when I coat them with it, it may just be an illusion though.

Sinnovator offers great quality products and excellent customer service. Give them a try - you won't be disappointed!

There was a mistake with the toy and with no fuss at all they issued a replacement so that the new one will arrive in time for Christmas 💕 really saved the day there, I highly recommend their toys and the customer service is amazing!

I ordered a custom ordered toy, and when it arrived, it was all the right options, but the wrong toy. I contacted them to see how we could fix it. They are now sending me the correct toy asap, and they also refunded the shipping since my toy did not technically arrive when expected.

Every time I've communicated with the customer service team at sinnovator, I've been blown away by their excellent service. Including when I made a suggested option for a certain toy and now that option has been added to all toys of that kind!

Great customer service, they go above and beyond on any help that is needed when building a custom dream toy.

A small quirk happened about my delivery tracking. I used the "Contact form" of the website and got an answer within the same day. The problem was quickly solved.

I contacted customer support fully knowing the audacity of wanting to change a custom order at the very last minute before shipping however. I was blown away by the options and information given to me about what I can do. Literally accommodating like crazy so I can get what I want! Not nervous about reaching out with questions about my order anymore!
