They were very quick to respond and helpful with changing the order date.

Order was delayed but I'm putting that down to the sheer demand for a top quality product! Was emailed in time to suspect an issue. Not the first time using Sinnovator, nor will it be the last. Well worth the wait.

I really like how this company replies quickly and clearly about what you ask of them. But until I get my goods, I will have to wait to say what I think of them after having used them. That said I have been buying and using these kinds of adult toys for over 12 years and I have only ever found one really good one and this one I am getting is twice the price of that one so I am really hoping it will be at least as good, but I truly hope it will be better.

I ordered a custom toy from Sinnovator, which was made and shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Upon opening it, I noticed some issues, but did not respond to requests for review until I understood that the issues were not normal. When I sent a critical review, Sinnovator customer service reps were responsive and positive every step of the way. Very high quality toys and excellent customer support, they answered to my emails within hours and brought a very polite solution for my problem with an order.

I’ve recently made a few purchases from Sinnovator. One custom order which has yet to dispatch and five ready made items, three of which are in my possession.
There has been a slight delay on my custom order and I’ve been really pleased that I was contacted pro-actively, long before I would have expected the item. Both people I have communicated with have been very apologetic, responses are quick, and they have agreed to ship the other two ready made items out immediately for me rather than wait to fulfil the whole order. Really helpful.
The ready made items have been very accurate to the photograph and the listing (extremely beautiful in their own right) and I’ve been thrilled with the quality. No wonky vac-u-lock hole or moulding flaws here, they are exceptional.
It’s great to have found a reliable supplier like this in the UK, and I now have the first hand experience to know that the great reviews are well justified. I’ve already got a few more items on my wish list!

The help I've received was out standing!!!

I was mistakenly sent the wrong sized toy but with just a quick email I was connected with a friendly customer service representative "Lillie" that remedied the issue quickly free of charge. I was told I can keep the toy but that's a major feat to conquer.

After sending out a question by email, I was surprised by how fast i received a reply. The costomer service is fast, friendly, and informative.

An issue with the checkout process had left me unable to buy the item I wanted, and it was the last one in stock.

I put in a ticket via the contact form and explained my problem. Within an hour I had received a response that they had cancelled the incomplete order. I was then able to find and order the item, this time without a hitch.

I'm so glad they were able to help me out; if I missed out on this item I really don't know when I'd get the opportunity to buy it again.

The customer service rep I spoke with, Lillie, was very polite and solved my issue quickly and completely. If all my interactions with Sinnovator are this good, I'll be a very happy customer for a long time to come.

Very responsive and helpful customer service, very fair and clear pricing and ordering process! I prefer to shop here versus with similar over hyped companies!

My toy came with a slight nick on the head, when I asked support if the toy is still safe, they instantly offered a replacement (even though the nick was on the white/pearl colour so it was really hard to get a good photo of it). The person I spoke to was really patient, kind and understanding. The issue got solved super fast and the communication was always on point. I have to say it was the best customer service experience I have ever received. I will definitely be buying more from here, since on top of top quality toys there is also a top quality customer support here.

I received my new item, but the suction cup was missing. Emma responded in a timely manner and sent what I was missing right away. I purchased the Mandrake and would definitely recommend this! I got the signature color and picked the medium soft. Great look and feel!

Excellent customer service-had an issue with minor faults on a ready made - it arrived swiftly but this couldn’t be overlooked so I spoke to the team and they sorted a replacement, as the original was experimental colour they couldn’t match it so I chose new colours and effect and I love the replacement thank you for really fast making and dispatch of this one aswell unbelievable
