Expensive

Expensive, took too long to get the results and even though the entire process was done under the “live instructions” with one of their coaches they said not enough blood was received to process all the test I had paid for.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience.

We’d like to clarify that when a sample can’t be fully analyzed, this isn’t always due to the amount of blood collected. Adequate volume can’t always be confirmed visually at the time of collection. During lab processing, samples are centrifuged to separate serum from other blood components, and in some cases, there may not be enough usable serum for all tests. This can occur due to natural biological variability or coagulation before processing, even when collection is completed with live guidance.

When this happens, we always offer a free replacement kit so members can retest at no additional cost. We encourage you to reach out to our support team so we can assist further and help make this right.

We appreciate your feedback and are continuously working to improve the overall experience.

Pointless if they dont test what you ordered

Pro was the easy and painless process of collecting. Problem is they only tested half of the labs I ordered due to saying they didnt have enough plasma. I followed the instructions to a t and filled the capsule to the 2nd line as directed. I have tried reaching out to see why this was an issue with no response back.

Hello Em, we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback, and we’re sorry that this experience didn’t meet your expectations.

We understand how disappointing it is when not all biomarkers can be reported, especially after carefully following the instructions. In cases like this, the issue isn’t always related to the amount of blood collected. During lab processing, samples are centrifuged to separate plasma, and sometimes there isn’t enough usable plasma to complete every test. This can happen due to natural biological variability or clotting before processing, even when the collection appears successful.

When this occurs, we always provide a free replacement kit so you can retest at no additional cost. We also strongly recommend joining a Live Help Call for collection, as real-time guidance often helps reduce the likelihood of incomplete results.

We regret that our response time was slower than usual due to a higher volume of inquiries, however we remain committed to supporting you and improving the experience.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that this experience was frustrating.

We’d like to clarify that order changes can be made within 4 hours of purchase. Unfortunately, in this case, the request came after that window had passed and the order had already begun processing, which limited what could be changed.

We regret that our response time was slower than usual due to increased inquiries. However, we’re always happy to help with adjusting future subscriptions or orders to better fit your needs, and we remain here to support you.

I like the at home testing and price

I like the at home testing and price. Was easy to do. Soo fa pretty good system. Directions were easy to follow. Cons, Couldn't see how much blood in test tube. Difficult for me so two of my tests failed with not enough blood. The blood comes out slow then faster then slow. Made me nervous, I was worried if I had enough or to much.
Doctor Tash. Thank you for telling me things on assessment. Here are things you need to know about me. 72 years age, I get an injection for cholesterol every six months. Very expensive. Statins cause me problems. This shot limits cholesterol in liver. Only started last Sept 2025. That BMI is not correct. I work out 6 days a week. Cardio rucking and HITT biking, and weight training. 1 hour 10 min, weight training and 45 min cardio with 40 pound ruck. I eat very clean, 2144 calories,215.8 protein, Carbs 192.3, Fat 59.2 a day. I take 2 tablets Clinical Glutathione a day under tongue. Vitamin B complex, probiotics, vita C, and fish oil, Mens sport multvitamin, Magnesium, DHEA. I am following this process very close. So that day I was sick when I did blood test. I just had a intense cardio workout. I had no vitamins or food for over 16 hours. My blood pressure has been low. I use Dexcom patch( Stelo) to watch my glucose and what happens when I eat foods. I still work. Sheetrock, mudding and taping. So Doctor Tash you know me better now. My body fat decreasing and gaining lean muscle. I am not stressed at all. Help me to understand your assessment. Not sure where it is, sorry. I think my biological age is very wrong. Should be down in low 60's....Please help me. Thank you Doctor Tash!!

Expectations

Expectations: Be prompt, reply when a question is asked, advise if there is a delay and the reason.

Results: They picked up my blood work from the post office on 1/8, but did not list it as received until the 1/13. I called, no one answered. Left message, no one returned my call. Sent message through their website text message and all I got was an answer from the AI BOT.

Totally dissatisfied due to lack of communication.

My subscription is set to renew on 1/28 and I will not be renewing.

I’m not sure they are even in business since no one answered or called me back. Be careful……

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry to hear about the frustration this caused.

We sincerely apologize for not responding as quickly as expected. While we always aim to respond within one business day, there are times when higher inquiry volumes can lead to delays, and we regret that this affected your experience. We understand how important timely communication is, especially when you’re waiting on health-related results.

We can confirm that your sample was delivered to the lab, but in your case, processing was impacted because the sample was missing registration at the time of arrival, and there was a mismatch between the information entered during registration and what was written on the collection card, which required additional verification. This can extend processing timelines, and we understand how frustrating that can be.

When samples are delivered to the lab and all information is correctly completed, results are typically available within 7 business days in most cases. We’ll also be following up with you directly via email regarding the current status of your sample.

We appreciate your feedback and are actively working to improve our communication and support experience.

Bad experience

First, the website had the markers included with each test listed incorrectly. When I received my test kit I saw certain markers I needed were not included in the test I selected even though the website said otherwise.

After working through that, with support, they sent me a replacement kit which took over 2 weeks to receive.

Once I sent in my test, they only were able to give me a partial result due to “not enough blood”. I did my sample collection with their live video consult and filled the tube as instructed. They offered nothing to make that right until I reached out and then offered $20 refund which isn’t enough for a service that wasn’t provided.

It also took over a week from when I sent the sample back to get results.

Hi Matt, thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry for the frustration this caused.

We apologize once more for the confusion around the biomarkers listed on our website. This information has since been reviewed and corrected, not only for this test but across all programs, to help ensure clearer expectations going forward.

To address this, we also sent you a free replacement kit.

Regarding the partial results, in some cases, even when the collection appears successful and is completed with Live Help Call, there may not be enough usable plasma during lab processing to analyze every biomarker on a panel. Plasma availability can only be confirmed once the sample is processed, and natural biological variability can affect which markers can be reported.

For partial results with up to five missing biomarkers, we always apply a $20 adjustment. Since your subscription was canceled, that amount was refunded to you. Because the remaining biomarkers were successfully analyzed and reported, we’re unable to issue a full refund for the kit.

In terms of timing, your sample results were published within the four business days since the sample delivery, which falls within our expected processing timeframe.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and regret that this experience didn’t meet expectations. We’re continuing to improve our processes and communication to provide a better experience moving forward.

Pika was fantastic. She explained the results like nobody ever has - terms that I could understand and she didn't great job correlating my lifestyle with my biomarkers... exactly what I have been looking for. Pros and Cons

I gave this experience 4 stars because there were a lot of great things AND a lot of not so great things. First, the price— it’s a great price for what you get! I was so impressed by how many things this test covers with such little blood. They did have me send 2 vials in and although they covered a lot, they did come up short on a few important things, like my ferritin and thyroid test (the two things i wanted the most). the email said they did not have enough blood and then offered me $20 off my
next test. I felt pretty disappointed about that.
The test itself has very thorough instructions- I was impressed by the package and easy to follow guide. The test itself left an awful bruise and marks on both my arms that are still pretty nasty a week later. The blood came out fast, much faster than I expected so you gotta move quickly!

Another odd thing— they sent a fedex bag that was too small so I couldn’t fit my kit in the bag. the fedex store gave me such a hassle and insisted i pay extra shipping. That was a pain!

The results were posted in 3 days, this really impressed me. However, here is the weird thing I ordered two different kits. And some had overlapping results (but they didn’t match up, different vitamin D levels, and so on). They weren’t off by much but it was still very strange that they got different results from the same blood! Very weird.

Also, if you have any questions don’t expect to get any responses from emails. I’ve emailed the company multiple times and have only been replied to once. I don’t know if they are just slammed and don’t have enough folks working (for the price, I imagine it’s hard to pay enough support). But this part was frustrating for me because it’s hard to get any answers.

With all that said, I plan to retest in 3-6 months and see if I’ll have a different experience. I was happy with what I received, but it did miss some key things for me. So hopefully next try will go better!

Hi Ashley! Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We appreciate you highlighting both the positives and the areas where your experience fell short.

The two kits you used were designed to measure different biomarker panels, which explains both the overlap and the differences in results.

When panels are processed separately, some variation is expected, especially for hormones, which naturally fluctuate throughout the day. The small numeric differences you noticed fall within normal biological and analytical ranges and do not change the overall interpretation of your results.

Regarding the missing ferritin and thyroid markers, one EasyDraw sample did not yield enough usable plasma during lab processing to complete all tests on that panel. While collection may appear successful, plasma volume can only be confirmed once the sample is processed, and natural variability can sometimes limit which markers can be reported.

That said, repeatability and validity have been core principles in the development of our product. We work exclusively with CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited labs that have performed extensive validation studies against traditional venous blood draws, and we continuously monitor quality and consistency across all panels.

We’re also sorry to hear about the bruising you experienced. While some bruising can occur—particularly in individuals with thinner or more sensitive skin—a dime-sized bruise lasting that long and a heat rash are not typical with EasyDraw. We hope you’re feeling better now and that everything has since healed.

For your next collection, we strongly recommend joining a Live Help Call again. Our team can guide you step by step in real time, help optimize the collection process, and reduce the likelihood of discomfort or incomplete results.

Thank you again for your honest feedback and for giving us another opportunity in the future. We remain committed to improving our service and delivering a better experience for you and all our members.

Accurate results, fast turnaround, with minor onboarding confusion

I had a really positive experience with SiPhox Health overall, and my results closely aligned with recent in-lab blood work I’ve had done, which gave me a lot of confidence in the accuracy and usefulness of the testing.

My first kit did take a little longer than expected to ship, but I appreciated that I was only charged for the kit I actually received — there were no duplicate or premature charges. Once I collected and sent in my sample, the turnaround time was impressively fast. I collected my sample on January 12th and received my results within 5–7 business days (actually before the end of that same week) like they stated I would.

The at-home collection process itself was straightforward, and the app experience was clean, intuitive, and easy to understand once everything was completed. I especially appreciated how clearly the results were presented and how helpful it was to see trends and context around the markers tested.

The only area where I experienced some confusion was during initial registration. The materials referenced a “call,” which I interpreted as a one-on-one or telehealth-style walkthrough. In reality, this was an online guided walkthrough using the same pages and visuals found in the kit, along with a short video. I also didn’t realize that sample collection was expected to happen at the same time as registration/walkthrough, which caused me to delay collection unintentionally.

That said, once I understood the process, everything went smoothly, and I was genuinely impressed with the overall quality, clarity, and results. With slightly clearer upfront language around registration and timing expectations, the experience would be nearly seamless. I would absolutely recommend SiPhox to anyone looking for convenient, at-home health tracking backed by real lab testing.

As someone who values data accuracy and clear processes, I appreciated the transparency of the results and the overall testing workflow.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear that this experience felt frustrating.

To provide some clarity, your subscription was initially set up with a monthly testing frequency, which is why the first two kits were scheduled to arrive about one month apart. The first kit experienced a longer-than-expected delivery time due to a temporary processing slowdown at that time, and we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Since then, we’ve expanded our operations and improved our logistics processes to help ensure a smoother experience going forward.

We’d also like to note that the kits have a shelf life of six months, so there’s no immediate pressure to use them right away. We’re always happy to help adjust your subscription or testing frequency so you can test at a pace that feels right for you. Our programs are designed to give members flexibility and control over when and how they test.

Thank you again for your feedback. We’re committed to continuously improving the experience for our members.

I love the convenience but wish for better instructions

I love the convenience of doing bloodwork from home. I do feel like there was a lack of proper instructions. The first time I went to get my bloodwork done I didn't realize I needed to stop supplements 24 hours prior to my blood draw. I even asked the chat bot on the site about it and it just said 12 hour fast. So I had to find another time I could do it...first available time to do it with a live call is at 7am in the morning which for me is a time when I'm working but I found a date that worked and the experience was better than I expected. The easy draw that goes in your upper arm was painless and I felt comfortable having the phlebotomist there with me on the live call to make sure I did everything correctly.
