To start with, the blood draw was very simple and easily done at home. The results provided an in depth review of blood test and suggestions on how to improve the results.

We ordered a kit for me and my wife. They both got registered to the same account and we couldn't change it in the app. We emailed them, they said no problem and will notify the lab. 2 weeks after results were supposed to be out it shows results processed but no results. No phone number to be found and no resolution over email after many back and forths. Avoid this company.

Convenience made all the difference! I am busy business owner, caretaker, and Mimi. I had to find something that fits my schedule. Instructions were easy to follow, required phone call was great, send off via FedEx was a breeze. I am looking forward to my in depth results to review with my clinician.

Easy, inexpensive and reliable results.

The information and analysis of my labs were far better than I gave received through Quest or Labcorps. Small learning curve using the auto-withdraw system but they provide you with comprehensive examples and support...don't skimp on these techniques if doing an early morning blood draw.

Initial experience was not great. I have just signed up and was leery the whole time. The signup experience was very much a marketing nightmare, bombarded with add-ons and requests for 3rd party tests and wearable health data. This reeks of manipulation and does not give me comfort in this "New Tech" version of blood lab tests. I would have expected this well after the results of the first test were reviewed. I think this marketing bullyism at its worst. I will not be recommending until I see changes in this sign up process.

Being able to import labs from other providers and get a clear picture of what makes this company superior!
