Siphox will help you live better, longer... (support needs to improve!)

UPDATE: 12/26/25:
I have read some other reviews and I agree that SiPHOX SUPPORT could be faster and better on urgent topics.

They, like many companies, feel that hiding from their customers is the best way to offer service. Hiding behind BOTS and EMAILS then make people wait 5-7 days for an answer. To me this is completely unacceptable for a health/medical related product line.

My review/experience below was after I suffered much of the same legwork with their support team.

So to SiPHOX, while I love your product ultimately, but I also believe that **without** working with clients more quickly and effectively, it causes a lack of trust and lack of confidence, that really can't be repaired.

We want to TRUST SIPHOX fully as this is our life and longevity we are talking about, not a video game or vacation site.

Please give Siphox a chance to help you live better, and maybe longer.

I truly am impressed with the entire packaging, process and app quality. 
Sure there can be improvements, but the really are doing a great job!!!

Their support system is also so helpful during the blood draw process. They actually do listen to their customers, which is an extremely rare trait and pleasure.

My ability to use the Easy draw system at home makes getting blood samples so much easier than going into a doctor's office.

I am a phlebotomist's worst nightmare, it usually takes 5-6 tries the old fashioned needle into veins. Then of course, after all this stress, I end up with massive bruising. There has to be a better way!

NONE OF THAT HAPPENS WITH EASY DRAW. I can get the entire process done in a few minutes, no needles, no bruising. It's truly a miracle. I really feel so empowered now, and actually get excited to get my test samples completed.

Most importantly the app and the data and analysis Siphox provides, has been life changing. My "Direct Primary Care" Doctor is also so impressed, she loves scrolling through my results and having very productive conversations with me.

I found 6 very important bio markers that needed immediate attention.

With normal MEDICINE 1.0 testing I would never have found them.

ApoB, Lp(a), Iron, Creatine, Vitamin D and testosterone levels all needed attention, none of these are part of annual medical exams.

I am telling everyone I know about SiPhox, because I truly believe it will improve their quality of life.

PS: I compared the Siphox results with 2 conventional blood tests to make sure it was legit. The Siphox numbers were completely in alignment, my Doctor insisted we trust, but verify. (Yes those conventional tests were the ones that bruised me.. yeah, no more with Siphox)

PSS: After reading the book Outlive, I had to take a new approach to my personal responsibility. Siphox really aligned perfectly with the goal set further in this amazing book.

Great experience!

I really enjoyed working with Una! She was very friendly and walked me through step by step on what I needed to do. She was also very patient and kind! Much quicker process with her tips and tricks!

This was not just an informational and…

This was not just an informational and educational experience- it was relational as well. The staff member I spoke with was engaging, professional and ever so respectful. Additionally, the report generated was more than complete and informative, it was helpful; the report is a tool on its own. Excellent experience. Thank you. FYI- I am spreading the word!

Smooth and efficient process

The tech picked up the call super fast! I wasn’t expecting that so it started things off very positive. She was very patient and walked me through the process. The experience was around the same level as putting on a CGM, so I was greatly happy about that as well. She stayed for all three vial collections and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Extremely smooth process. I highly recommend!

Even though it was very early in the morning my helper was pleasant & very helpful. I appreciated all her tips & tricks she offered me since my 1st attempt I could not get my finger to drop blood this time it did with her help! I appreciated all the help today since I was very stressed about this test since the 1st on was not good. thank you very much!

Excellent test

Excellent test. I highly recommend it. Not only was my LDL bad but also LP (a) and APOB. This information was great. The counselor got on a zoom with me and told me what I needed to do to avoid a heart attack.
I highly recommend their products.

Over a month and order not Even shipped

Waited for my items for over a month, wrote to their support team. Told me to wait . That i would have my items within the next week. 2 weeks later still havent received anything. Nothing has Even been shipped. Asking for a full refund

it took about a month to get the results, but after I got the results, I was impressed. The website is easy to understand. Im looking forward to making some changes to improve my results. I was a little nervous about taking the blood samples, but it turned out to be so easy.

Easy, Efficient, and Encouraging

Everything went like clockwork! I received the test materials on time, and the appointment was scheduled and completed promptly. My only minor concern was that I expected there might be some new tests I wasn’t familiar with, but overall, it was a great experience. Ongoing Issues

After our subscriptions expire, we will be using a different provider. We have had ongoing issues with full biomarker results and long delays in receiving kits and blood analysis results. In addition, it is very hard to cancel our renewal subscriptions online.
