Never think twice getting a suit from Sirri if u are a man because they're of high quality and classy 👌

Very poor quality clothes and not a good fit. Would not buy again.

The website is well laid out. Product info and pictures were descriptive and plentiful. Pretty quick turnaround considering it was going from UK to USA. Only issue I had was that I needed to exchange for smaller size and so I had to return and reorder.(No exchanges-paid for shipping again)

Good suit. Delivery on time. Excellent service. Fits to size. The only thing i was not happy as we cant adjust the waist of the trouser. Would be great if waist is adjustable

I had to return an item and SIRRI made this very accessable. I purchased an exchange and it was delivered within a couple of days. I found them very efficient.

Although order was dispatched quickly, I was dismayed to discover one of the toddler suits purchased arrived minus a fly zip, due to time constraints I felt it impossible to return as the boys are due to be baptised this coming Sunday, I have had to take to an alteration shop to get the zip put in which has meant an additional cost to me.

I ordered a coat when payed they told me I was out of stock but I did get a refund in the end the phone number dose not exist

Fantastic customer service. Replied very quick to my enquiry email. Was able to order the shoes for next day delivery for my granddaughter. My granddaughter loved the shoes. Will definitely use them again

I bought a suit for a wedding in February every thing seemed ok and after it was worn for about 2 hours it was put away in a suit cover and when I got it out today there was a 4 inch gap in the outside leg seam but after contacting Sirri they weren’t even bothered and copy and paste answers

Amazing quality suits I ordered for all of the page boys at my wedding. I didn’t get the sizing right at first and it was fuss free and hassle free returns and exchanges. Nothing was a problem and customer service was amazing!

After a disappointing experience with the quality of a pair of shoes for my daughter and not so good initial interaction with customer services, they did eventually resolve the issue very satisfactorily.

Haven't had a refund of items that were sent back.
Refund was sent to my closed bank account (closed as it was done so under the current account switch scheme - not my choice). Tried to communicate with Sirri to explain that the bank advise that they have sent the payment back to them and to ask them to refund to the new current account. Sirri's phone line doesn't work at all. Chat responses are sporadic and in broken txt speak English. All they keep telling me is that the refund was sent, and they can only send it to the account it was made from. I've explained that the account is closed and they need to refund to my new current account. They are refusing to do so. The bank just keep telling me they have to refund the new account. Sirri say no. I'm left in limbo £63 down. Advise avoiding as the products weren't great either, as well as non existent customer service.

Ordered 3 matching tie and pocket square sets for me and my two sons and had a problem with royal mail loosing my parcel. The customer service team went above and beyond to send out another order on a 24 hour delivery to ensure I got my sets before the wedding I'm attending. Couldn't be more happy about the service and the products we received

Bought some suits for kids but weren't what I expected but there return policy was excellent. Would definitely use again.

I ordered a suit for my son from here in the sale. The price was amazing and the suit is superb quality! The delivery was quick and packaging was great along with being in a cute wee suit bag. I will definitely order from here again! 😊
