After months of unresolved technical issues with another developer, SiteAim — and specifically Sal and Hashim — came in and turned everything around.

Sal was incredibly responsive from the very first message. He said he’d call in 10 minutes — and he did. That initial call was open, honest, and incredibly reassuring. It was clear from the start that he genuinely cared about finding a solution and doing what’s best for our business.

Hashim quickly got to work, and within hours, we finally had stability on our website — something we hadn’t had in weeks. He took the time to explain things clearly, tested thoroughly, and made smart recommendations without rushing or upselling.

I would recomend SiteAim to anyone with a Wordpress problem they are skillful and priced at a level I, and anyone, could afford.
I have only been using Wordpress for just over a week. I thought I was making reasonable progress when a strange problem appeared. The homepage of my new site changed innto something it wasn't supposed to be. I read, online, what to do and having followed the instructions to my dismay everything crashed, blocking me from the dashboard.
I discovered SiteAim. They were amazingly efficient and soon had me editing the new site again.

Wow. What a company.

I am not joking when I say that this was the best, fastest and most friendly wordpress website help I have ever paid for.
How much do I pay? I pay £20 per month.
What do I get? Everything my website needed. I send over the request to the team assigned to my account and regardless of the task they either complete the task within 24hrs or they contact me back to tell me what else they need to complete the job.

Everything is explained to me in a way that i can understand and they even do all the little bits that i forgot about or just dont know about.

I am honestly so impressed at the helpfulness that I will also be placing a note on my website to promote this service. SiteAim and FastCow for the win.. A very happy customer.

As a solo start up for an online business having them there anytime to support with a website error or glitch is so reassuring. For example today I had a problem with a plug in for my website and they fixed this within 20 mins.

I had a major issues with the payments on my website and googled help for woocommerce and contacted SiteAim. They immediately stepped in and checked everything found the issue and resolved the issue. I have now signed up monthly and the support is so quick and so thorough I honestly cannot recommend enough!

I found SiteAim through a google search. My web host had made a mess of a database migration and I simply don't have the skill to remedy the mess they made. I had struggled to know where to turn as there are so many adverts and organisations that say they offer these services and without any tech expertise I couldnt appraise any of the services offered.

However, the reviews for SiteAim were excellent and the one off job ticket made it an affordable trial of the company.

And I am so glad I did. The staff are really helpful and clear. The job they did was very thorough. The whole process - that I had been deferring for a few months- was remedied within 24 hours. Incredible!

They have even offered further advice on how to best manage my webpage through a better web host- all without any push selling.

Risk happens when you don't know what you are doing - it's a quote from Warren Buffet that applies very much to me on anything techie but thankfully I found these guys who do know precisely what they are doing.
