Seriously. This site if brilliant! Sai, what a life saver! This was sorted quickly, and effectively. I could not recommend this service enough. I will definitely be back. This service is worth every penny , do not hesitate to use them. Sai has saved me so much stress and he was very patient and explained things I did not understand. 10/10 service and Sai what a guy! 🙌🏻🩷 il be back to use this service in the future if I ever have anymore issues with my Wordpress site!

We had a major malware attack that had cross-infected a good proportion of our WordPress websites hosted by a company that we had been with for years. To put it mildly, they were useless and were slow to respond to our support requests. We were at a bit of a loss and very stressed as to what we could do but a fortuitous search for a third party company that could provide a WordPress recovery service, cleaning each site and parking each one on a sterile hosting server resulted in us finding SiteAim. Oh my goodness where do I begin? From the first contact Sal, the CEO, was calm, and knowledgeable formulating a plan to begin the process. Their cost was very competitive and made the incumbent company's quote of thousands of dollars look ridiculous. What was refreshing was being able to keep a line of communication going with almost immediate responses as the process began. Sal and Hashim were knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process and allayed our fears about moving away from the old hosting company. Within a few days, all of our websites were cleaned and residing on a new partitioned, managed server so that in the event of another issue the site infected could be isolated and dealt with. Sals hosting company FastCow now has our hosting business and the features, and interface of the hosting package we have opted for are far superior to what we endured for years with the other hosting company. Well done SiteAim and thank you!

They had my Wordpress site up and running very quick ....i am very pleased i was managing the site on behalf of someone else when the backup failed and i could not restore the site. But thanks to SiteAim the site is now 100 percent restored. Five stars no problem.
