I have been using SiteCountry hosting for a year now, and I’d like to share my honest experience. Almost every week, 4 to 5 times, all of my hosted websites go down without any notice. When I reach out to live support, they talk for a few minutes and then tell me to raise a support ticket. Once the ticket is raised, no one replies for days.

You keep waiting, hoping that someone will respond and solve your issue — but it never happens. Sometimes you wait for 1 to 2 days without any proper response or resolution. If you again try to talk to live support, they will just apologize and say “Your issue will be resolved soon,” but nothing actually happens.

If you are planning to take their hosting just because it's cheaper, you can go ahead, but never expect good support from them. Their service is unreliable, and customer care is extremely poor. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend SiteCountry to anyone looking for reliable hosting and proper support.

baki apke hosting ko average man sakta hu lakin support system ko aur bahatar karde to jyada achha rahega

aur jo live chat me banda bhaitha rahata hai usko bhi kucch gyan ho jaye to jyada achha rahega vo pura bewkuf inshan hai chhoti si problem ka ticket bharwata hai

I have been using SiteCountry for hosting, but recently, my hosting panel stopped working even though my hosting is still active. The issue? They let the panel license expire! This is completely unacceptable.

The worst part is their support team—no timely response, no resolution, and it feels like they just don’t care. A hosting provider should ensure smooth operations for their customers, but SiteCountry has failed terribly in that regard.

If you're looking for reliable hosting with good support, I do not recommend SiteCountry. Their lack of responsibility and poor customer service has caused unnecessary trouble.
