I bought a pair of Adidas running shoes on their website. After 10 days, the cancelled my order due to a lack of stock.

I ordered from them for the first time, it is a very reliable site, with great transparency. They replied to all my emails, the products I ordered are top quality, and the delivery was super fast.

I returned a shirt to them using recorded delivery within their alloted returns period. Sivasdescalzo have neither replied to my email asking them about the return or acknowledged it's existence, despite sending me an email with the returns form.

On the delivery company's website I used to ship the return back to them, it currently says that there didn't seem to be anyone in when they attempted to deliver the package. They've left a note about how to make further arrangements for the package to be delivered to them.

So now I'm being ignored by Sivasdescalzo, I don't have the product I paid for and I'm down €80. It feels like a scam.

Purchased because of return eligibility, couldn’t return because it requires shipping to Dubai. Shipping is over twice the price of the item. Prohibitive, wouldn’t purchase again
