I recently returned a pair of shoes to your store in Madrid on the very day it reopened, expecting a straightforward refund process as stated in your policy. However, after over a month of waiting, I have been denied a refund for reasons that seem unjustifiable.

Despite complying with all return requirements and the product being in perfect condition, the only option offered to me was store credit, which I cannot use since I live in Iran and do not have access to purchase from Europe. I have clearly explained this to your team, but I have been met with delays and unprofessional responses.

It is deeply disappointing to experience such poor customer service from what I thought was a reputable company. I hope this review helps others understand the difficulties they may face in dealing with returns and refunds.

I am still waiting for a proper resolution to this issue and would appreciate your prompt attention.

You closed the case in a way you wanted not in a proper way for your customer. I have made it clear that I live in Iran and cannot use the store credit you have issued. It is completely unreasonable to offer me credit that I cannot utilize, and this does not resolve the issue.

Since you are refusing to process a proper refund, I am now requesting that you return the shoes to my address in Iran. This situation has already dragged on for far too long, and I expect prompt action this time.

Please confirm when the shoes will be shipped back to me. I just send you an email with my address

This is my first time ordering at SVD and I’m extremely happy with my order and prompt delivery! Didn’t expect this much convenience though product is from overseas. The product is superb and legit for a very reasonable price!

After some problems that delayed the delivery of the order, I ended up receiving it almost 1 month later. The SVD support team was helpful, always contacting me and trying to resolve the situation. It has a fantastic team of professionals ready to help if any problems arise.

I give it 3 stars because Fedex is the distributor and they have a negative record in the region where I live. Proof of this was the problems I had with the delivery of the order, which was lost for weeks. I would recommend changing distributors, at least for Portugal.

I probably won't buy from this site anymore because of FEDEX. It's not SVD fault, but FEDEX have a horrible service!

Order confirmation was unclear with a non-functional link to track the shipment. At first I thought the site could be a scam but customer service responded well with a functioning link that I could use to track and receive my shipment. Patience needed.

I recommend that you do not use this company.

I purchased a pair of trainers from the company and they have tried to pass on hidden duty and tax charges to me from a postal company. I dispute these charges our my responsibility.

I have contacted them to raise this issue, and had no response.

Two washers and pouch pocket fell off only bought on the 10th September 2024 for what you paid very cheaply made not very happy. My grandson spent his birthday money on this top same on you
After numerous emails and pictures sent was told the would arrange collection of the sweatshirt and would get back to me when item was returned.the item was picked up and returned two weeks ago “no email to say courier would be calling” haven’t had a refund or credit with this company so have gone through the bank. No disgraced with this companies attitude towards customers complaints

Scammed viewers with there so called Vans Parra half cabs. Never released never available. Marked as sold out but “coming soon” at the same time. Even removed their instagram post with all complaints. Terrible!

Product was fine and the process was quick however I used this site as the item was in the sale.

I didn't realise until after the other arrived I would have to pay £75. Import charges to Fed Ex. Brexit or not, it should have been advised on sellers website hence low review.

I ordered an item and was curious whether I could size down or not. I asked their customer service for measurements on a smaller size, as stores usually provide those details. After waiting 24 hours for a response, I received the following message: “We have completed your inquiry. Your case may have been closed because when you submitted the form, our system suggested a related article and you selected ‘yes, close my request.’ Please also check your spam folder if you haven’t seen our response.” However, I never selected “yes, close my request” at any time. This is really dissatisfying as I’ve been a customer many times before. I’m hoping they can help me before the item I’m interested in sells out. Hopefully they can sort out the customer service, as their store experience is amazing.

First time hitting a SVD Raffle win after multiple attempts. Shipping was superfast and the packaging was really nice too...they sent a bonus lookbook which was a nice touch.
Good experience and would like to cop more shoes from them if they let me hit more pairs (hopefully)!!

Everything was fine except delivery could be faster

Ordered a pair of the ASICS black and seal grey and they are beautiful came in great shape the box was perfect and very fast delivery I order from all the time even for my daughter great prices and very stylish inventory love them

order the black short trail district vision but the one that coming is white, but i will use it anyway but probably not for trail, too much of a hassle for return etc, anyway it’s fine i will wear it, could’ve done better for the next order.
