Shocking, silver plated at best, became tarnished after a couple of days wearing, all plate came off , silver polish and dip would not get any shine back , emailed to complain only to be ignored! AVOID

Anyone thinking they're going to get a £200 silver bracelet for £20 needs their head examined! Cheap inferior rubbish!

What a rip off!! The items are advertised as 925 Sterling Silver. THEY ARE NOT!!!! Plated MAYBE.

This seller is deceiving customers by stating that their products are made with sterling silver. They are not. Silver plated, maybe. To confirm this I used a file and found another metal under the silvery veneer. As I purchased through PayPal, I was able to get a refund. Otherwise, in order to qualify for a return, this seller expects you to ship item to China w/tracking number (cost is ridiculously high!). Avoid this seller.

The bracelets I was sent do not look anything like the ones in the ad, they’re too small for adults - they are marked as “adjustable one size fits all” but when they start off that small, they can’t be made to fit adult wrists. They’re also listed as sterling silver however they have discoloured completely with what is obviously cheap plating peeling off. I have complained to to the company. Been weeks and no response to my email.

Bought two bracelets, both listed as sterling silver. They made my skin blister so contacted them. They wanted me to cover postage and return to china. I didn't trust it so put it down as just a bad experience. I recently dug them out of the jewellery box to look again and clean them. They both wore to copper underneath. Absolute scam and still trading. Often see their adverts on Facebook. I comment and try to tell people they are fake but my comments get removed. Avoid at all costs.

This company is scam !!! I have been buying Sterling Silver for over 40yrs and this is not 925 silver it’s cheap replica . When I made my purchase had to beg them give me confirmation of my order . Took 15-20 days receive the bracelets . When I 1st opened up packages I was excited till I put magnet 🧲 next to bracelet and the bracelet attached to magnet . Sterling silver is not magnetic 🧲. I took it jeweler and they tested bracelets and told me it’s not real 925 silver . This company has horrible rating with BBB and trust pilot . You have been warned buy at ya own risk caveat emptor !!

My credit card was charged in full, but items never shipped. After 2 weeks I sent an email to ask about my order, I was told to HANDWRITE my full name, credit card number, address and signature, then take a PHOTO and send it to them!! TOTAL SCAM!!

I bought so many gigting pieces that were supposed to be 10o% silver as per website but how wrong was I!
Both rings started wearing away to the bare brass underneath , the bracelets I refuse to wear. I reached out to the company and they were terrible. I knew then they were a guise for peddling fake stuff. The would send me a return label and wanted me to pay the cost to somewhere in china (as usual) and then they would reimburse me. I resisted they stank of lies and although I reported this to PayPal, Google and another platform, they are still trading ripping off all of us. Crime really does pay in this country!

Avoid at any cost. Chinese company, boxes sent were some cheap crap instead of the wooden advertised, customer service zero. My order FKF31838 - I asked for support and they would not respond.

Love the size of the links , nice size , would love a neck chain in the same size link, nice and chunky , do you have any ?????

Buyer beware. I bought the dream catcher pendant and chain. One of the feathers fell off no fault of mine. They will not replace it free of charge. They will give me 4.90 and I will never buy from that site.

This is advertised as .925 sterling silver and it is just silver plated..What a rip off.

THIS COMPANY ONLY RESPONDS TO POSITIVE FEEDBACK. THE BRACELET I PURCHASED STATED IT IS SILVER. I LOVED IT. I HAVE WORN IT FOR MONTHS SO IM DISAPPOINTED THAT THE 'SILVER' IS NOW COMING OFF AND I HAVE COME OUT IN A RASH. IVE SENT NUMEROUS MESSAGES AND EMAILS BUT OF COURSE THEY IGNORE IT BECAUSE ITS TRUE. Had mine for months, never took it off.

The item I received are not Solid sterling silver. But plated and not advertised as such.

The bracelet is sterling silver and I put it on and never took it off.

Got mine the quality is fantastic, feels like quality jewellery.
