The driver was punctual and attentive, the vehicle was spotless, and the driving was impeccable. My clients were delighted with the professional service.
Deceptive business practices and unfriendly service
They advertise a Mercedes everywhere and tell you that you'll get a more luxurious ride by booking with them a 'business' class ride. However, then they will send you instead a Tesla Model Y, which you could have gotten for one quarter of the price by just booking via Uber.
They advertise a luxury vehicle but instead you'll be sent the cheapest Tesla on the market, and when you cancel before the driver even arrives after seeing they assigned a Tesla and ask for a refund, they refuse.
très mauvaise expérience
J’ai réservé un taxi via Sixt pour ma mère, qui voyageait seule, depuis l’aéroport Charles-de-Gaulle jusqu’à mon domicile.
Selon les conditions de la réservation, le chauffeur devait l’attendre à son arrivée avec une pancarte portant son nom. Pourtant, il m’a appelé pour m’informer qu’il devait recharger son véhicule électrique dans le parking et qu’il ne pouvait donc pas attendre ma mère. Il lui demandait de descendre plusieurs étages dans le parking pour le rejoindre. Après que je lui ai rappelé les conditions du service réservé, il a finalement accepté de venir l’attendre comme prévu.
Cependant, un nouveau problème est survenu lorsque le chauffeur a vu que ma mère transportait deux cartons de taille normale au lieu de valises classiques. Il a immédiatement refusé la course, affirmant qu’il ne transportait pas de colis et qu’il « ne travaillait pas pour Colissimo ». Pourtant, ces cartons n’étaient ni volumineux ni lourds et entraient très facilement dans le coffre du véhicule.
Le chauffeur a ensuite multiplié les excuses, évoquant notamment des problèmes de santé pour justifier son refus. Nous lui avons pourtant précisé qu’il n’avait pas besoin de porter les cartons et que ma mère pouvait les charger elle-même. Malgré cela, il continuait à chercher des raisons pour ne pas effectuer la prestation.
Lorsqu’il a finalement indiqué vouloir contacter Sixt pour connaître la procédure, il nous a demandé d’attendre « seulement 5 minutes ». En réalité, il a laissé ma mère attendre plus de 40 minutes à l’aéroport, alors qu’elle venait d’effectuer un voyage de plus de 15 heures et était extrêmement fatiguée.
Après plusieurs appels de ma part au service client Sixt, un agent anglophone a confirmé que les cartons pouvaient être transportés dès lors qu’ils entraient dans le coffre, ce qui était bien le cas. Le chauffeur n’avait donc aucune raison valable de refuser la course. Il a finalement accepté la prestation, mais sans fournir l’assistance prévue dans la réservation.
Je tiens à remercier le service client Sixt, qui a finalement trouvé une solution et permis à ma mère de rentrer chez elle. En revanche, le comportement et le professionnalisme de ce chauffeur ont été catastrophiques.
Je ne recommande absolument pas ce chauffeur. Une expérience extrêmement décevante et stressante.

I booked a Sixt airport transfer for my mother, who was traveling alone, from Charles de Gaulle Airport to my home.
According to the booking conditions, the driver was supposed to meet her at arrivals holding a sign with her name. Instead, he called me and said that he needed to charge his electric vehicle in the parking garage and therefore could not wait for my mother at the arrivals area. He expected her to go down several levels into the parking garage to find him. After I reminded him of the service conditions that we had paid for, he finally agreed to meet her properly.
Unfortunately, the problems did not stop there. When the driver saw that my mother had two normal-sized cardboard boxes instead of traditional suitcases, he immediately started refusing the ride. He claimed that he was “not working for a parcel delivery company” and would not transport boxes. The boxes were neither large nor heavy and fit very easily into the trunk.
The driver then kept looking for excuses, including claiming that he had health issues and could not help load the boxes. We clearly told him that no assistance was required and that my mother could place the boxes in the trunk herself. Even then, he continued trying to avoid the trip.
He said he needed to contact Sixt and asked us to wait “just 5 minutes.” In reality, he left my mother waiting at the airport for more than 40 minutes. She had just completed a 15-hour journey and was already extremely tired.
After several calls with Sixt customer service, an English-speaking agent confirmed that the boxes were perfectly acceptable as long as they fit in the trunk, which they did without any issue. The driver therefore had no valid reason to refuse the ride. He eventually accepted the transfer but still failed to provide the assistance and service included in the booking.
I would like to thank Sixt customer service for finding a solution and helping resolve the situation. However, the driver's behavior, attitude, and lack of professionalism were completely unacceptable.
This was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this driver under any circumstances. 0/5.

Driver was fine - but big service issues
Driver was fine. But for the third time in 3 weeks, this 75mile airport transfer to Heathrow has a different car than I ordered. Ordered a Business Green. Got a diesel Van.
That might conceivably be “operational difficulties”. But the cat, registration and in one case the driver, didn’t match the notification received on the App or email. Surely this is a security issue?

Outstanding driver, highly professional and courteous - asked for my timing objectives and driving preferences at the beginning of the (long) trip and executed flawlessly. Paired with a spotless Mercedes S-class providing lots of space for working while on the road, different charging cables at the ready, etc. - all the little details had been taken care of, and my experience could not have been better.

This service was perfect for us and for getting from LGA airport to our hotel near JFK. We had a ton of luggage for the next leg of our trip so public tranportation wasn't an option. The driver was friendly and it was a great start to our trip.
