Was hesitant because of all the bad reviews but received my shoes within 4 days and I'm very happy with them!

Didn’t receive my order and also didn’t get my money back. Ordered something over a year ago, the shoes and a t-Shirt never arrived, I tried every way to contact the customer service on multiple emails/ contact forms but I never received any answer and they just ignored all my emails. Horrible website run by horrible people, don’t ever order anything here!!!

I ordered and paid New Balance sneakers for 100 euros, never received them.

I tried to contect their customer service several times, but they completely ignored my e-mails.

Never again. Ordered a Nike shoe from these guys. The shoe is falling apart, which is not their fault but the problem is they never sent a receipt. So now, I cannot claim any warranty at Nike. I've sent emails but no response. They got a phone number on their website but it doesn't work. I'm assuming these guys are ran by JDSports because I received an email from JD about the shipment. Both JD and Size? are not responding to emails.

Was reluctant due to seeing a lot of bad reviews, went with it anyway.
Everything went perfect with my delivery. Right shoe size, fast delivery, in the original box.

Over one month ago I returned a product in store. They said it will take up to two weeks for the money to return in my bank account. I still haven't seen any money. Even after numerous emails with customer service. They give crappy answers with misspellings and no reason why I have to wait so long for my money. I wouldn't buy anything at Size! or JDSports anymore.

Run away from this site!! Just looking now at the reviews should be closed immediatlly by post police! No shoes recived, after weeks of complains and mi ace of social network bombing, they said the order couldn’t be dispacced and that i would have get a refund ( the dpd link number is a fake, it never leaves the warehouse and I still didn’t receive a cent. I think i’ll never will!). This site is a well organized scam!

I ordered a pair of shoes from the online store. I got them and they were too small. I returned them in a store on 4th of March 2023 and they gave me a piece of paper as a receipt of return. They said I will get my money back in 5 days. I didn't receive anything. I reached to their customer service and they asked for the receipt of return. I have sent it and they didn't answer again. I started a new talk they asked for the receipt again, I have sent it again and they didn't answer after AGAIN. Horrible service. It's been 20 days and still no answer.

I got the wrong size not only once, but twice!!! With the same shoe! So messy. And now i have to waste my time retourning them both because of their mistake. Besides that, I’m not able to order them again because the size is sold out online.

did an order online and received an opened package. The item was missing. Contacted customer service immediately, sent pictures and filled a declared form. They said they would investigate the case, after some days they concluded that the package was delivered correctly. I lost my money and have not received the product. They didn't even shared any proof of delivery.

Second bad experience, order could not be processed and no refund (its been well over 5 ‘work days’ despite paying with regular paypal instead of paypal express). Please reimburse asap, order nr:

Very nice sweater for a very good price!! Shipping took a bit long and all the bad reviews worried me a bit, but it was a great experience! Will be buying more from this site 😄

Size Netherlands experience has been horrible and not solved yet.

I ordered around 200 euro value of garments, delivery took 3 months, without any update or email about the delivery. All of the sudden the order was in "complete" stage while i wasn't at home.

The parcel was never found, once contacted the customer care I have been promised an invetigation and refund, has been now other 3 months with continue lies and postponing of the refund.

I will proceed with Dutch consumer association (consuwijzer.nl) and legal action if the situation won't be solved ASAP.

Took more than 3 weeks to get my order delivered. The shoe box was not even double boxed. The box was literally in a plastic bag, so the box was damaged. Bad company.

What a scam this @size is. They keep answering your complaints with same BS every time. Never buy anything here!!!!

Ordered on 15-01 and didn't receive anything for 2 weeks, started mailing and everything after that are straight up lies. The package was lost, has been send and will be there in 28 days (WUT!) and the tracking numbers they send are bogus and are not dispatched. One month later and still nothing, not even an honest email.

Can't conclude other than this being a massive scam operation. Seems nobody is getting any orders.

This is my worst experience with online shopping. I would not advise to shop from this site. They are the worst.

Ordered a tshirt the price was cheaper on the tag when it arrived than what I paid of the website. tut tut

Ordered multiple items at the start of Oct, received a dozen texts to tell me items delayed with no explanation. Size eventually cancelled the order. It took over 4 weeks, with multiple complaints logged and a paypal dispute to get a refund. Won't use size ever again. Terrible customer service.

I ordered my item on 23 October you took my money and I have still not had had my item over a week later now not very happy 😡
