One of the best popcorn places ever i love the salt and vinegear

An amazing popcorn company, with amazing customer support and community.

I made a joke in the notes and the maker himself told me how hilarious it was on the receipt. I asked them how long it would take and they told me. they regularly interact with me on Twitter and have the best community ever. It's really fitting that the best popcorn has the best community service ever.

While shippping to Louisiana takes a hot minute from Canada, the product arrived well packed without any loss of freshness and was properly handled in route. It didn't take as long to ship as I thought it would (I was prepared for a month wait but got it in about 3 weeks).

I really love Sizzle Popcorn! It’s the perfect gaming snack & satisfies all my needs when I need a little something salty!

I will say my only tiny complaint is that I wish some of the flavoring was bumped up a bit more. Some of the flavors you can’t get a full taste effect unless you grab a fistful, even then it’s a little dull.

I ordered this in August. Received in March. Was understanding that coming from Canada, it would take time.
I then got the shipped email but never got a delivered email.
Then I reached out and and asked about it and was met with very lackluster responses, if I received any response. I had to reach out on, I believe, 3 separate occasions because I never got an email back.
And to be honest if this was anywhere else, I would have just ignored it. But I have a close friend who is partnered with you guys (Onoez) and I know she wouldn't partner with a company she didn't support so I felt like I had to keep giving you chances and was constantly let down.

And then after 7ish months when I finally received my shipment, there was absolutely 0 sign of acknowledgement of everything that went wrong.
I'm not looking for money or free things, you have honestly already lost me as a customer. But a card stating that you realize that you were wrong at the very least.
You have a very good product and it's a shame I'll never be able to have your popcorn again because j won't support the service I have received when there are plenty of other competitors that would have handled this situation much better

I love this popcorn, Mexican Chili and ketchup are the best. Flavors are just right not too strong not too mild. I highly recommend Sizzle Popcorn.

Simply. Amazing.

Popcorn super tasty, and I appreciate how they partner with streamers as a collaboration. It took longer to ship than I would have liked, but they were aware of this and let me know early so no harm done. Comes in a bit pricey in the end but I consider it fundraising popcorn and accept the premium price as such.

Fantastic popcorn. The salt on some of the flavors was quite heavy. It may be a good idea to move towards possible seasonings that people would enjoy alongside popcorn, such as buttery garlic, macaroni and cheese, or other easily 'saltable' flavors.
Otherwise, delicious.

The flavors are amazing! The packaging is strong and secure, filled to the top with popcorn. No air. Great customer service and kept me informed on my order through the Shop app! Highly recommend! 10/10

Best popcorn ever! This is seriously the best tasting popcorn I have ever had. I have ordered several times and will certainly be a customer in the future as well. The best thing about Sizzle Popcorn are the flavors and how fresh it is ALWAYS. The packaging is incredible and I ordered a ton months ago, and it tastes like it was popped today. Ketchup is my favorite, which I never would have thought. I have no clue how they do it but if you're eating any other popcorn you are doing yourself a disservice. Best flavors, best popcorn, and a great snack always. 10/10 would recommend!
