I had been trying to track down replacement legs for a desk I bought from another retailer for months, but nobody could help. I eventually contacted Skandium as they were listed as a retailer of the same brand, but they didn't stock the item. Madeline was brilliant and replied to my email incredibly quickly, contacted the manufacturers, checked they had the correct item and has arranged for the legs to be shipped to me. Myself and my daughter (who has out grown her little desk and needs the adult legs on it now!) are hugely grateful. Madeline was so professional and efficient, brilliant customer service, would highly recommend Skandium.

checked prices against 3 other companies stocking same item and Skandium was by far the most competitive. Then there was great customer service from Claire and Luke. Great advice and flexibility when I changed my mind. Best thing was speed of response - excellent. Very happy.

It was not at all clear on the website that the table could not be disassembled - we expected flat pack that we could then put together. Given the size it was impossible to bring it through the door and had to be delivered over the hedge and shed at the rear.

I've had to contact Skandium a couple of times recently to help with a replacement Carrie Lamp by Norm which developed a fault with the charging port. On both occasions Claire was prompt, helpful and efficient in resolving my case. I won't hesitate to buy from Skandium in future as I know I'll be well supported should I need after sales care.

I have found Skandium to be incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. Luke went above and beyond recently to help me track down some replacement fittings that I needed for some lights I had previously bought from them. Would definitely recommend them and buy from them again.

5 stars from start to finish: from finding a perfect Skandium ladder; then a lot of patient help from stress-reducer Helen in the Jewell Enterprises Courier office to co-ordinate a good delivery date; finally 5 stars also for the delivery itself - two very professional men from Jewell who coped brilliantly with the totally confusing system of addresses on our road. Highly recommended
