Ordered a product and waited 6 weeks for it to arrive after being assured it would. After 6 weeks of this company holding my money, I was told the company could not supply. Since when is it ok to advertise things for sale that they do not have in stock?

I order a salt grinder, 2 x teaspoons, and 1 x dinners spoon on 26 Apr.
It turned out the dinner spoon was out of stock so I asked that the other items be sent.
I have today received the parcel with the teaspoons BUT NOT THE SALT GRINDER.
Amendment (29/5/23) - still awaiting delivery/refund for dining spoon

Needs reminder to get delivered
Well, the product ( swedish lamp) was supposed to arrive between 4/6weeks.
At week 7 without news from skandia i asked them where was my order. Following my message they sent it in 2 days.
Looks like if I hadn’t show up my lamp would still be missing

Brilliant company
I have just received my stunning low Air sideboard and two cane chairs from Skandium. I am so delighted - chairs are beautifully designed and amazingly comfortable. The sideboard is perfect - a work of art!
I also want to say again a huge thanks to Luke. He was really great throughout the whole process - a world leader in customer service and with a great sense of humour - what more could one ask for!

I love my 7 chair, however disappointed how long I had to wait, would have appreciated if the company had contacted me and told me the truth in the beginning. I have been told the company are experience this a lot at the moment due to shipment from China.

Ridiculous Delivery Charges
Wanted to buy two small items that could easily be safely packaged. Information on the website indicated delivery would be £5, got to checkout and it was £38 for 'white glove delivery' with no option to change.

When I had a fault on our gorgeous Vipp kettle just within it's one year of purchase, Skandium addressed the issue immediately and so efficiently, I had received a replacement within a couple of days. Skandium has been my favourite shop for years and years and I used to go to the Marylebone branch all the time. I’ve bought so many things from them in person and also online. I last ordered on Sunday and now less than 2 days later I’ve unpacked and washed and dried my beautiful Marimekko and iittala products. The service was incredibly fast! I contacted Skandium as a chair of ours…
I contacted Skandium as a chair of ours had lost a foot plate. I bought the Cael Hansen chair years ago, but not from Skandium. Neverthless, Luke Jeffrey was incredibly helpful - he contacted CH, sourced the replacement part and has had it forwarded to me - with a lot of diligence and good humour - at no charge. Awesome service!
