Good quality product, good choice, easy to order and excellent delivery

My daughter loves them. She says they are very comfortable which is the most important thing as others we have tried haven’t been so great comfort wise. Excellent buy!

Great service, prompt delivery, securely packaged. Skates were a perfect gift, quality skates, super colour coordination.

Sent me an email to say my orders delayed and probably won't come in time for xmas, then went on to say I could print of a gift certificate to hand over instead of a gift. What a joke, I've never in my life seen such anything so shockingly bad. Pfft, just avoid this company.
Some faimilys dont have the money to replace the gift while waiting for refunds, imagine how manh kids christmas day they will have ruined. Do they really think kids want wake up to an IOU, all so they can hold on to people's money, disgusting.

First time ordering, after several delays i've finally taken delivery.... of the wrong item!

Ordered a complete bmx wheel - gold, rear wheel, what was received? Purple front wheel.

I've ordered a replacement and contacted the company, so how they handle this will determine whether this review stays as 1 star or not.

Thankfully i've paid via credit card, so if they mess me about as they have others in the reviews, i'll be putting a chargeback through.

Great product and fast delivery

The package didnt arrive on time as stated. The size I ordered changed upon purchase so a size I didnt want turned up eventually. Customer service is terrible and I now have to try and print 3!!! Invoices aswell as a return label and I have to travel around london finding a FedEx business when it was delivered by yodel who now apparently cannot collect it for return. Its also going to cost me £5.95 for nothing. They are based abroad. You are better off as a UK consumer, using Skate hut. Skate pro are a total joke. Be warned do not use them.
12/11/2025 Dear Skate Pro, You delivery time was 5 working days as stated by your own website. No where does it say the items are coming from abroad I e Denmark. It wasnt parcel force you used but Yodel, which was late. As per the screenshot I sent you, the item should have been here on the 7th between 7.15pm and 9.15pm. It turned up Monday 10th at about 4pm. Yes the size did change because why the hell would I order a size 3 times smaller than my sons foot?!?! You didnt have the size hence why it changed, we've shopped online before we know how it works. Again I implore everyone to use Skate Hut, a UK based company who actually help their customers with theor complaints. And PLEASE STOP USING YODEL TO DELIVER

Very Very Very slow. Parcel not moved for a week no updated tracking all round pretty poor service Gls are terrible don't know why they use such a poor service. All my future orders will be made via Source Bmx or another Uk company. Cheap products but a 15 day delivery in this day and age really!

Ordered a complete skateboard from skatepro.uk , item says it’s been delivered, but unfortunately it hasn’t . I’ve emailed the company, with no reply yet ! I’m waiting on an answer on the whereabouts of my skateboard

Thought I’d treat myself to a more expensive bike, arrived 2 days late first of all then it had marks over it as I took it out of the box. Fast forward into an hour of me riding it and the bottom bracket goes. Very disappointed

Great delivery and fab fit- 3 years ago got size 12 to 2 - now just got size 3 to 6 - I'm a 6 so had to try them - fit perfect - so grandson will be happy when he gets new pair for his birthday next month (ps I hope they last him another 3 years 🤞❤️

I've had the same skates for over 30 years, didn't use then constantly but got back to it to teach my child. Age and plastic fatigue put and end to my old skates so I had to buy new, found Pro 80s at a great price and the fit guide ensured I bought the right size. They arrived quick and me and my little one are out skating again.

Their skateboard bundles had an absurdly low price for what you get, it had some pretty good options available to choose from with no cheapy crappy components.

Though unfortunately the board took an extremely LONG time to arrive, took over a week after getting dispatched, but I believe that their prices make up for that, and if you're not in a rush to get your items then that shouldn't matter too much.

Skated the new board today and it is absolutely fantastic, a lot better than previous £150 crappy completes and literally £50 cheaper as well.
