Skechers Go Run Max Road 6 Blue

The midsole of the Skechers Go Run Max Road 6 is equipped with HYPER BURST ICE™, and has a two-layer structure that is soft on the inside and the outside.
It is made with a rocker structure, so that it sways smoothly when you move it back and forth.
Another feature is that both have a carbon plate called "H-Plate" arranged in an H-shape. The inclusion of this plate provides a stronger forward guide. The combination of a soft sole and a carbon plate makes it both resilient and guided.
It is very well-balanced shoes with a high sense of softness and stability.
The Skechers Go Run Max Road 6 Blue is suitable for slow running over long distances.
It's a shoe that I would recommend to any runner.
