SkiDoc came to our chalet for two deliveries of equipment exactly when they said they would and provided equipment that all the members of our party were satisfied with and at a price that was good value for money.

Fantastic service. Really accommodating of all our requests!

The kit was delivered and fitted on time. Some members of our party wanted to try longer skis others wanted to change from all mountain to piste skis another needed to hire boots after their own boots broke. Every request was met with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. Avoid the unnecessary wasted time in the ski shop.

We have used Ski doc for 3 holidays now. The equipment is always there ready for us to hit the slopes as soon we arrive. The equipment is very well maintained and always in a great condition, no very worn smelly boots. On top of all this any issues or changes needed the guys are there to change adjust with no quibbles.

Easy booking online. Competitive prices and flexibility.
The brought the skis i had chosen to the chalet. No waiting around in busy shops, not knowing what you were going to get !

Later in the week we had a massive dump of snow and I requested powder skis which were dropped off that evening.
Great company, friendly staff, flexible service.
Will use again next year.

Great communication, flexible on where they bring equipment to and no problem repeatedly changing boots until just right. Good quality kit, knowledgeable guys and very friendly. Definitely recommend if they cover your resort.

The team were incredibly helpful and responsive both before and during our trip. Being able to communicate via WhatsApp from the UK was so convenient, and they answered all of our questions very quickly. As it was our first time skiing as a family, they were patient and thorough in making sure we had the right equipment, that everything fitted properly, and reassuring us that they would be on hand if we had any issues during our trip.

They made the whole process seamless — delivering the equipment to our accommodation for fitting and collecting it from our locker at the end, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Elliot in particular put us completely at ease. He took the time to ensure our boots, skis and helmets were perfectly fitted, and as a result we didn’t need to make any changes for the entire holiday.

We would 100% recommend them to friends and will definitely use them again in the future.

We were really impressed with the quality of equipment and of the service we received from Ski Doc. All nine sets of skis, boots and poles were delivered to our chalet and in excellent condition and clearly labelled in advance - something we'd never seen before but proved very useful indeed.

Incredible service, nothing was too much trouble! My son dented his own helmet and they brought us one to borrow the same evening, even though we’d only hired skis and boots from them! I Would definitely recommend!

What an amazing service and cannot recommend them highly enough. They bring your ski hire and boots direct to your door and had a really good range of equipment. The team are experienced and know their stuff and came back happily when one of the party wanted to change their boots. Same price as walking to the other end of the village to be greeted by surly shop assistants who treated us like an inconvenience.

Genuinely the most seamless ski/snowboard hire experience. I’ve used you guys three times, and each time you’ve excellent.
The equipment itself is always of a good standard, with a nice variety to choose from. I got Rossignol Sender Souls for 9 days in late Jan which were the perfect skis for the conditions (La Plagne / Les Arcs).
Very reasonably priced as well.
I will never stand in an intersport queue again in my life so long as Ski Doc is available.

All I ask is you expand into Austria!

Highly recommend SkiDoc! After a long two days of travelling, their service was really appreciated. Fittings are quick and they never hesitate to change or upgrade at any point during your trip. Easy online booking, good communication and friendly staff. The prices are competitive so you are often saving by going directly with them. You will not be disappointed.

We’re just back from our trip using skidoc for the third time and I don’t know why people would do this any other way! Could not be simpler for either drop off or collection, the team are always friendly, efficient and communciative, nothing seems too much trouble.

So much better and convenient than a trip to ski hire shops when they come and fit you in the chalet. Definitely the only ski hire I will use in the future. JOHN
