Terrible organisation from skills 4 stem. Tutors don't turn up repeatedly. Can't get through to anyone with any information. Course delayed by 3 months due to skills 4 stem shortcomings. Completed the course 4 months ago and still no certificate in site. This is nearly 2 years after I started a 1 year course. The director ben davidson promises to ring with updates but never does, will never be put on the phone and hides behind the customer services team.

Shambolic training provider. I would strongly advise all companies to avoid using skills4stem as a training provider. The level of service they provide is truely terrible. They fail to communicate with students and then when we had to withdrawn students they send us invoices demanding we pay them money. They are exploiting the Apprenticeship levy and invoicing companies and it needs to stop. A true ku shameful training provider

Mario Colapietro conducted my interview for my apprenticeship and was very helpful. He covered all of the information clearly and ensured that I understood each point. Tamima was also very helpful in getting my form over to me and was very friendly when I spoke with her on the phone.

Helpful and supportive customer service team, especially Mobeen who has been excellent in answering any course queries I have.

Mohammad Haghi has been outstanding ever since he has taken over my cohort! He is direct, focused on the criteria and understanding of the students while teaching his lectures. In addition to this, I have reached out to him a couple of times regarding my assignments and have managed to get some good feedback to help me understand the context properly. If it wasn’t for some of the issues I have had with S4S, it would’ve been 5 stars.

Mobeen was very helpful and patient with the induction day everything was explained and made very clear.
She was always on hand to help

My course tutor is excellent, goes the extra mile and responds to my queries promptly. I had a shaky start with S4S but in all honesty, they addressed my concerns in a very timely and friendly manner. Really great provider with the remote roll on and off programme fitting me perfectly.

I have been with Skills4Stem for circa two years and I have completed my HNC and nearly my HND in Building Services HVAC. I would like to thank Mobeen Kosar (Client Service co-ordinator) for her continued efforts and professionalism in assisting me at every opportunity. I have directly dealt with Mobeen and my emails and phone calls are responded to promptly, Mobeen has gone above and beyond for me and is a credit to Skills4Stem.

The customer support was really helpful with my questions and queries ; they clarified the structure of the course with my and ironed out my questions on the assignment, due dates and lessons with my schedule. They ensured the information that was given to me and my settings/cohort on my account was set correctly. I thank Mobeen Kosar (Client service coordinator) for helping and responding to my emails quickly.

Skills4Stem have a great system and really guide you through the course that you are taking. I am enjoying the QS Level 4 Course a lot. I want to say special thanks to Pat Edwards (Tutor), Aimee Higgins (English Tutor) & Mobeen Kosar (Client Service Coordinator) who have all been instrumental in my education at skills4stem.

The course was completely unfamiliar to myself, without the help and timely support given I don’t believe I’d have the confidence to develop correctly in my studies/course.

Had an amazing experience with Mario, he was fantastic, so clear, patient and concise with the information he delivered! Enjoyed the experience due to Mario ability to deliver.

Tamima was very helpful in getting me enrolled to the course and always promptly replying and answering calls throughout the experience. She’s also very knowledgeable about the courses and the content involved!

Avoid using Skills4Stem at all costs. As an employer we advised them that an Apprentice no longer wanted to go ahead with his Apprenticeship. No formal training agreement existed as the Apprentice was never added to the company DAS account. They are now sending the company invoices for 4-5k stating that we need to pay 20% of the over all cost of the training. They are now also using a debt collection company to try to force us to pay these invoices. Shameful company - absolute disgrace that the Department of Education are allowing this company to continue to be an approved training provider.

First unit was delayed due to lack of tutor attendance, very little information learnt from skils very much teach yourself and try and get on with it. Tutor doesn't give very useful guidance. Now started second unit and tutor had internet issues so canceled again. I work shifts and have spent the last month swapping and changing to fit in with new dates ect. This course is not very flexible as first sold to me. Will update on here if there's any improvement but can see my company looking for a refund if its not sorted very soon. B

Very disappointed with the service by this company

Emails not replied to, high staff turn over, rude individuals on the phone and when I got through to management had the phone put down on me.
