Poor customer service
"Completed" an ILM 3 award with them, had several trainers who didn't seem to know what they were doing. my main point of annoyance is that once I completed/passed all assignments and received mark sheets for all back in March I am still awaiting my certificate or any confirmation that I have passed the course. Skills4stem have been very unhelpful in resolving this issue.

A break in learning.
I came to the decision to take a break in learning for personal and work reasons. My experience with Sonia with her help and understanding has been very reassuring during the current COVID situation and I am very much looking forward to resuming study with Skills 4 Stem at a later date.
Webinars with the first-course tutor were not ideal but since Chris took over its been a brilliant learning environment.

My HNC review:
My initial fears were soon allayed as the tutorials were concise and easily digestible with the scoring criteria making it easier to ensure that assignments addressed the required information.
Lecturers were extremely helpful despite not having all the answers to our questions.
