I had a problem with my order, I emailed and my query was answered quickly, and a replacement product was sent out (for free) and arrived the next day. Very satisfied with the customer service.

I ordered two fiendish puzzles having tried a similar one that exercised every brain cell. A small mix up over the order has been rectified straight away without fuss. I will be ordering again as I believe small business needs our support.

Great customer service. Pen arrived on time & appears to be of very good quality. It's sturdy & weighty. It's a present so I'm unable to say anymore. I would use this company again.

Bought a few wooden puzzles now and love every one of them. The colours are vibrant and quality is excellent. They take between 2-5 hours depending on your concentration levels. Some of the puzzle pieces are insanely detailed with the cut and join. They are such a great price for the standard puzzles, I also bought a load of the 'damaged box' ones and its definitely the way to go as the puzzle itself and bag they are in is perfect, its just a dented box. Highly recommended!

I used to throw boomerangs when i was a kid and want to teach my kid now. I was initially nervous about no reviews of the company on here, but they have some hard to get boomerangs (LMI and fox), some of which i used to have as a kid. The temptation was too great. I have just received 2 magnificent boomerangs. I am over the moon at my purchase. They arrived promptly and well packaged. Great company, i will be using them again for sure (have my eyes on few more rangs).
