Interesting review. You don't mention what is bad and I don't see you having opened a ticket for any recent issue. Looking into your account, you haven't logged into it since May 2025. The issue back than, for which you've opened a ticket and received a reply within 6 minutes, had been resolved. You had a trade ban at the time and after it was over, you were able to receive your items. So there is literally no reason to leave a 1 star review over nothing.
Maybe you've reviewed the wrong marketplace by mistake.

Skin prices are cheaper than on Steam, even after including the site fees.

The site has no bugs, purchases are fast and cheaper than on Steam, selling skins or crates is convenient and trouble-free, and exchanging purchased skins is fast, bug-free and scam-free.

Fees are ridicoulus. Making all my trades on csfloat which has at least 10% less fees

We do have regular promotions, though. Currently the code is ANUBIS and reduces the sales fees to 9%.

Pleasant experience so far.
There were no issues with the purchases and the following delivery of the skins. Overall, the platform is very clear and easy to use. Minor things—such as when a Steam trade offer expires—are not a major obstacle, as this is shown in your inventory and a new delivery can be arranged promptly.
There were also no complications with the sales so far (39 items, including one item worth €400) and the subsequent payouts.
For me, this has been the clearest and most user-friendly site so far.
