Thanks for the 4 stars and the feedback! We understand that the fees can seem high and for that we offer a secure marketplace, quick support, an escrow service and the wallet functionality in addition to the other features of our site.
Keep in mind that we usually to have promotions. Currently until February 13th 2026, you can use the code ANUBIS in order to have 9 instead of 15% sales fees. For marketplace fees with purchases there's currently no promotion.

Before you left a bad review, you could have opened a support ticket or asked our chat bot for help.
You can't send the items back to your Steam account, because you have a trade ban.
You have probably just installed Steam Guard or set up a new phone. Usually you receive an e-mail from Steam about this. Once the trade ban is over, you can immediately collect your purchase in your SkinBaron inventory under "Retrieved items". There you can just re- request the trade.
You can also check the remaining time in the Steam help center.
We can send you the link to the specific page when you open a support ticket on the site.
Since this is easily cleared up, we would be happy if you change your review.
