Blown away by the excellent service
Blown away by the excellent service. No sooner had I purchased I was emailed to apologise for being out of stock, but would I be happy to receive a larger size for the same price? Never kick a gift horse in the mouth. Beth has been incredible, she has kept her finger on the pulse.
Won't hesitate to recommend this company and the product from #meadowbotanical.

We are disappointed to see your review & 1* rating of our service. As per our International Delivery information section, we ask that you allow up to 6 weeks for delivery due to customs processes (and more often than not, delays outside of our control).
We send all our parcels tracked, and I can see that yours arrived overseas on the 15th June - after leaving the UK on the 13th June. A further update was posted on the 19th June, relating to a local delivery office.
If you would like your tracking details passed on to you, can I kindly ask that you email us directly.
