Great site - really good selection of products, easy to read details and reviews for each item. Also love the Kokeshi! I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my skincare.

Let's start with the good. The order itself is fine. It is wrapped with black tissue paper and there are bags, a cute kokeshi doll and two samples, even though my order was small.
It would be a great experience and I would definitely shop at Skincity again, but my impressions from the order were totally spoilt by the delivery service. UPS in the only delivery option available at the checkout to ship to my country. And I lack words to describe how rude and unprofessional the courier was. I cannot believe I had paid €7 to get such poor service. The ratings of UPS are extremely low everywhere and reviews are awful. A lot of people get upset because of UPS, so why does Skincity ship orders exclusively with UPS?
I would rather wait a little longer and receive my parcel at my state post office instead of paying for being offended by UPS couriers. I am very disappointed by the fact that I cannot order anything from Skincity again, but I will not do this until there are more delivery options offered by Skincity but for UPS.

Great products, competitive flash offers on products such as Paula’s Choice, including their boosters which are rarely on offer elsewhere. Quick delivery and lovely packaging. Will definitely use again :)

Lots of great products and fast delivery!

Ordered a product which was competitively priced. Delivered free within 2 days of order. It came beautifully packaged, with a make up bag, tote bag and a cute figurine, as well as a free sample.Very glam!

I never write reviews but I just wanted to say skincity impressed me sooo much from start to finish with super fast delivery, royal mail tracked so I knew when to be in and all the little goodies that came in the package. Definitely will be using the website again :)

Wow, amazing customer service. One product was out of stock and I instead received a larger bottle for the same price.
