Sort out your cancellation process
Sort out your cancellation process. I emailed right away with cancellation within 2 mins and they did not cancel. They shipped out the parcel which meant I received it. I emailed them and they have told me to return AT MY OWN COST??? That’s ridiculous!!!! They are now ignoring my emails.
